My SIM card got stuck in my old samsung 7 that also had a cracked back. Staff at the big phone / tv / electric appliance shop where I had just brought my new Samsung 21 couldn't retrieve the SIM card. Surfs Up retrieved the sim, put it in my new phone plus replaced the back of my old phone which my son has now commandeered! Plus sorted out some new cases. All on the same day. Thank you.

I went into Surfs Up hoping to find a solution with my phone as it worked for a day of putting a sim card in and then stopped. Come to find out it needed a UK motherboard put in as the phone was a US phone. The guys here were a HUGE help, especially since closing time was near. They swiftly switched the motherboard and repaired the back of the phone as it was cracked all in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend you use their service if you need your phone fixed. Very professional and extremely helpful. Thanks again guys.

Dropped my IPhone 6s in the sink under running water on Monday last week. The screen was acting up and the phone died. I thought nothing could be done, but took a chance. Went to surfs up and they repaired almost everything for £85. Went back once more because the phone did not charge and they fixed the problem very quickly. All in all I’m happy with the service, however the Touch ID does not work (like they said) and they also said it was charging as normal when it wasn’t, that’s why I give them a 4/5 star rating.

P20 pro screen repair. These guys really helped me with my phone. Typically the screen is very expensive to replace but they were the cheapest around, even from the phone manufacturer themselves! I explained I didnt care for the phone just wanted my photos of my newborn baby, which are irreplaceable, they offered to retrieve them for me too! I fixed the screen instead in the end! Very quick and friendly service! Will return!

Took my phone in to downgrade from nougat 7.0 to marshmallow 6.0 because my phone wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi. Darren kindly looked at my phone and tested the Wi-Fi in the shop and it worked. They could've easily taken my money if they wanted, but they're a good reputable firm. I will definitely be going back to them if I ever get any problems with my phone in future. Thank you
