G. B. E.I had the occasion to visit the O2 store to carry out some ammendents to my a/c etc., Following a telephone call to the store I later attended and was seen by the staff member who answered my phone call.
I found the young man most sympathetic to my requirements and He did everything that needed to be done in the circumstances. His attitude was professional and concise throughout.
K. W.The staff are great, especially Anthony. So helpful and patient, they don't get enough recognition for all the stress they are put under everyday by customers and management in the background.

C. P.Went on for a new phone, and the girl who served me was pleasant and was v competent in what she was doing. A colleague of hers the decided to but in and tried to hard sell the extra insurance. I told him various times that I was not interested, but he carried on and was the sort of arrogant shop imp who has answer for everything. I almost walked, but the girl had done well enough to earn my sale. Would've been less stars if it wasn't for the girl.
