Exceptional service. My PS4 was completely unresponsive, having turned itself off seemingly at random in the middle of a game. I booked my repair at Gamer-Tech on a Monday evening (standard service timings), dropped it off with DPD the following afternoon, and by midday on the Friday it was back with me functioning perfectly. Communication was clear and thorough along the way, with regular updates and quick responses to questions. Would recommend Gamer-Tech in a heartbeat!

My Son’s iPad Pro charging port was very worn and wouldn’t charge so I searched for a company to repair the device. One of the first listings was for Gamer Tech, the repair pricing was very competitive and the company had very good reviews so I sent my device for repair and the the whole experience was first class. Gamer Tech kept me updated throughout the whole process and even sent photos of the completed repair. My son is overjoyed and I will definitely use this company again, thank you.

I sent my PS3 original off to Gamer-Tech to repair the dreaded YLOD and I have to say that everything about their service was great. I had regular email updates on my console from when it arrived to its initial inspection and repair. They sent me a photo of the console running once repair. Even DPD, a company who I historically haven't had a great track record with were pretty good. They returned it pretty quickly and left it exactly where I told them to. They were a little slow when shipping it to get repaired but I didn't have a particular timescale for its return so this wasn't an issue for me. Hopefully I won't need to use their services again (well at least for a while!) but I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who need their consoles repaired. Thank you very much for an excellent service!

Absolutely amazed at this company. They received my PS4, got straight to investigating it. I sent my PS4 off to be cleaned out as it sounded like a jet engine taking off in the lounge and practically radiated heat within minutes of being turned on, even in winter. Gamer-Tech cleaned it out and sent it back without any problem, and now it runs quietly without even a hiccup. Wonderful service, would definitely recommend to others.

I had an Xbox One X black screen problem which made it unusable. I took a gamble and sent it to these guys who fixed it for a reasonable price. Console was picked up by courier on Thursday and i received it back the following Tuesday. I received regular email updates informing me of the testing and repair progress. Excellent service from first contact. My son’s PS4 sounded like a jet off at Heathrow. Clearly needed a service. Deep clean and new thermal paste. Pickup was brilliant and the device put into a secure padded box by the collector. The work was done the next day and returned by day 3. At each step I was notified of the status. Sterling work. The best iPhone repair I have known. It took him only 20 min to do screen replacement for iPhone 8, with a lot cheaper price compared to other repairs shops. Dan is a very nice and kind person and I strongly encourage everyone to deal with him

I sent a nintendo switch for repair. The docking port had stopped working due to the unit being dropped. The guys at Gamertech were fantastic. I sent via a drop off point in my local co op. I contacted GamerTech as I had an Xbox One S console which had sustained liquid damage and was completely powerless. They provided detailed instructions on how to get the console sent to them, kept me updated through the process with their findings and also sought out confirmation of additional parts before completing the install. My Xbox was collected within 24 hours of requesting a repair by DPD. I did not even need to box it as DPD did all this for me. Gamer Tech acknowledged receipt of device and what would happen next. When inspected they informed me what the issue was and did not commence repair until I was happy and agreed to proceed. Repaired and returned by DPD securely within less than 24 hours of repairs. Really pleased with the friendly service and would use again.

I was a bit worried about sending my Ipad through the mail but I didn't need have. They arranged secure collection through DPD and delivered it back via DPD when fixed, on a scheduled time slot which was kept. More important the repair was spot on. I needed a new charging port. I also had a hairline crack in the glass and suspected it would get worse when heat was applied to remove it so I had that fixed too. The total cost was £89 plus I chose the secure delivery which cost an extra £9.99. Compare this to The Apple Repair Centre who wanted well over £200 just to replace the port. I don't know exactly how much over because the girl in the shop couldn't be bothered to look it up. I guess she knew it was over the top. Other companies I approached wanted between £80 and £105 just to replace the port. Very pleased with the whole process and price charged and will not hesitate to use them again in future if I need repairs.

Recently had an issue with my gaming laptop, called gamer tech for their advise who instantly put me at ease explaining it sounded like something they could fix as it sounded like an overheating issue. I sent my Xbox One X into the shop to have it cleaned out. There are no other service providers near me that would do just that. The console fans were running like a jet engine on every game. I elected for services such as pick up delivery, and priority queue. They had my Xbox for a total of two days, including transit time. It now runs as quiet as day one. The console cleaning also included testing the Xbox for faults. They found a fault with my Xbox DVD. They asked if I wanted it fixed, which I declined because I only play digital games anyway. After everything cleared, they packed it proper and sent it back straight away. Superb communication through pick up, service (that included photographs,) and delivery. I was always in the know as to where my Xbox was and what was going on with it. I would give them more then five stars if I could.

My son's Xbox was booked in on a Tuesday morning, by Tuesday afternoon it was with DPD, by Wednesday morning it was with Gamer-Tech, by Wednesday afternoon it was repaired, and by Thursday lunch time the Xbox was delivered to our home via DPD with a new HDMI cable as an added freebie, in case our one was at fault. All in all we had an excellent experience, honestly 5 star. We were informed of every stage of the process from collection, safe receipt, repair and despatch, I 100% recommend Gamer-Tech to anyone looking for a fast, efficient, and reliable repair. As like most people said when I read through the reviews, I was nervous of sending my PS5 down to them but reading through reviews on Facebook and here on Google, I thought I'd give them a try. What everyone has said is true, great customer service and great communication. As soon as someone has picked up your device, you get an email telling you. Everything was perfect. Sent me regular updates on everything and now my PS5 that once rattled and made a horrible noise when starting up due to a stuck disc in the drive, now starts up nice and quiet. Been a while since its been that quiet starting up 🤣 If you have any doubts about sending something down to Gamer-Tech, you've got nothing to worry. Any device you send down is in safe hands! I was very nervous at sending my sons switch away for repair to a company I’d never heard of before but I did and I am so over the moon that I did. They are the most professional, responsive company I’ve ever had the pleasure to use. I had a curtesy call explaining their process. My PS4 died on me on a Thursday morning. It would not turn on AT ALL. I did some research online regarding PS4 repair and came across several businesses including Gamer-Tech. Despite some unfavourable reviews I decided to take the plunge and requested a quote. I was promptly responded to by Chris, who gave me a couple of options on repair service and price, while also making sure I understand that the damage to my device could be neither of the ones recommended and the quote would be amended upon inspection of the device, should that be the case. Chris was also very clear that any change to the service agreed or any further service that may be required, would first need to be cleared by me, before any work were to take place. With all this information in mind, the next day (Friday), I paid for a PSU repair, and within 12 minutes I had received an order confirmation, a courier booking confirmation AND a message from the courier on when they would be arriving. I had paid a £10 pick up fee and they picked up my device on Saturday, I didn't even have to leave the house! I also paid an extra £15 for my PS4 to be inspected as soon as it arrived, and on Monday I was notified that it was already repaired and I received it back on Tuesday. I did have a small issue with communication where I didn't get responses when I replied to repair update emails, as they do inform you EVERY step of the way, however when I reached out via the email option on the website, I was immediately responded to by Chris again. My question was if there were any other issues identified, but I was told that they inform you if that does occur. The only "negative" thing I would say is, when my PS4 was returned to me, although it was very well packaged, it did have a significant build up of condensation because of the extremely cold weather. I had to dry it and waited 2-3 hours to make sure there wasn't any left on the inside. Maybe invest in those little sachets that suck up moisture in the future, as you are dealing with electronic devices and perhaps not all customers like myself would know not to use a device when in this state. All in all I had a very pleasurable experience, clear communication and a very short waiting period. Would definitely recommend. And for all those negative reviews out there, I really didn't see any of that. Glad I wasn't put off by them. TLDR: Good, reliable service. Fast. Ask a lot of questions if you are not sure or don't understand. Prices are subject to change upon inspection of your device. DO INVEST in that extra bit of money to get your device inspected/repaired the same day!! Disregard the negative reviews and take a chance, I did.

Amazing customer service , I sent my son's console for repair at a cost of £55 including collection and delivery but unfortunately I needed a new hardrive which was another £65. After emailing Gamertech to inform them I couldn't proceed with the repair sue to lack of funds I received a call from a lovely woman saying that they didn't want to see me without a console so they offered me a second hand refurbished hardrive for £30 . My console was then fixed and back with me within 48hrs I can't rate this company highly enough Absolutely great service and I was well looked after I would recommend Gamertech ro anyone with tech problems Five star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a Nintendo Switch which stopped working. It was very easy to book a repair. They were upfront with what they thought the problem was and what the price would be. We paid extra for them to organise having it picked up, packaged and labelled for posting. It was worth it for the hassle it saved. I apologise for any spelling mistakes u see in advance 🤣🤦‍♂️ I recently had my xbox one s all digital repair the I.C retimer went common problem with this model. I have never had a concole repair no longer sending it off to a company I didn't know existed untill the otherday. I was wondering about sending it off and getting rock back or at the worst nothing. I checked reviews on F.B and on Google and they seemed fair it help reduce my anxiety abit but was still worried. but after sending it off. and being tracked really helped reduce my anxiety they received it overnight and they started on my repair that day lucky. was a person call Joe that was assigned they send emails as they go along with is really nice touch. and they had it repair tested and sent back to me the very same day. and received it the next day also tracked. Will also have to mention the team was very helpful and polite. I think for a first time experience it went really. well prices was fair for service, staff handling, shipping, customer service and work was all pretty good standard. I would definitely recommend this Business that I didn't even know less than a week ago. and I would like to say a massive thank u to gamer-tech and Joe. all the best for the future and hoping not to be back but if I need a itam repair I will be calling again. 🎊🥇🎉
