We had refreshments after a funeral at the Riding Post restaurant. The food was lovely, with both sandwiches and hit snacks. The staff were so helpful and kind. Nothing was to much trouble for them.

I went into the store today after having an absolute nightmare on the phone with customer services. I couldn't solve the problem on the call with them and was told I needed to go to a store. This was my nearest store so I went and I was then told they couldn't help me either and that I'd needed to call customer services again. By this time I'd spent 2 hours on calls and drove nearly 20 miles to a store so I was about to lose my temper. I said I wasn't happy with this and we agreed to talk to the customer services while I was still in store. I eventually managed to get the issue sorted. The manager in the shop was really helpful so im giving it the mark I have because of him not because of O2. The shop was clean and staff were helpful and friendly so my score is on them.

Fantastic Shop, Open late, Friendly Staff. Came in with a very complicated upgrade, purchase of 2 phones a business contract some amendments etc. Dealt with Alex the store manager couldn’t of been a nicer guy very friendly very knowledgeable sorted everything for me. 5 star service. Thanks Alex

Was OK if you what a destinationtion shopping experience, one way system would work great if people kept to it, not enough security around to remind people to wear their masks properly once inside

Excellent range of shops and eateries all units taken . Toilets, lots of parking, park and ride to York City centre. Everything is wheelchair friendly, huge car parks comfortable seating under cover outside many shops. Outdoor play area and seating. We'll sign posted.
