These guys are so good at their job and so honest. I went there to fix my screen as i thought it was broken but it was only screen protector after just having a look and just replaced it. The opposite of a rip-off. I thought my battery needed changing, the guy asked me a couple of questions about run-down time and told me it was actually in good shape, that I didn’t need a replacement. My eyes bulged. Responded to my enquiry about repairing cracked Huawei screen quickly with a reasonable price quote. Took it into the shop the next day and it was repaired quickly while I waited in York. Cannot tell it was ever broken. Very happy with service provided.

Absolutely amazing guys. Had a damaged charging port on my phone due to water, Carphone Warehouse said it'd take 2 weeks and upwards of £150. Went to these guys (On Saturday), they said they could have the part in by Tuesday, and provided me with a charger for a very reasonable price that worked absolutely fine with my mess of a phone until today's ops, phone had an issue of its own volition with the new charging port, an OS update fixed that, the man in there was very kind and helpful and stuck around trying to help with my phone, all this for just £45, less than a third of what a brand charges, and only across the bloody street!

Friendly people who quickly and efficiently fixed my phone screen and advised me on where I could go for a repair to a laptop charger they couldn't do.

I needed a new screen for an iPhone 6 which was not covered by any warranty or insurance. I searched the internet for prices of repair - the most expensive was by apple themselves for £127 down to £50 by an internet company. I wasn't comfortable with the latter option as I prefer dealing face to face with people, there were no reviews to know if they were any good and postages increased the cost. Someone recommended York Phone Doctor as they had previously had a new battery fitted to their iPhone and had been very happy with the service. I called in and the gentleman who was in the shop was very polite and helpful - a new tempered glass screen would cost £75 to fit which I thought was very reasonable for a high street repair. I left the phone with him and returned a couple of hours later to find my new screen fitted, the phone straighter (it had a slight bend in previously) and a screen protector thrown in for free. Phone works great and the repair comes with a 28 day warranty. If I need any future repairs I will certainly return.

Best phone shop in York!! I went to many other phone shops in york and they said my phone was broke and could not be repaired and that I needed to buy a new iPhone and it would cost me about £400 I went to phone doctor and they charged me £35 as all I needed was a new charging port in my phone, recommend this company! Fast service and friendly staff!
