Stara dzielnica Bedford. Zamieszkała głównie przez potomków koloni zamorskich Anglii i Polskich imigrantów. Gdyby częściej było sprzątane nawet znośnie by się tam żyło. Poruszanie się samochodem po uliczkach jest bardzo utrudnione gdyż są wąskie i zastawione po obu stronach pojazdami.
