ع. ع. ا.A very well organised centre that can hold a large amount of people at one time. The stewards were really helpful however, I forgot to note their company name down! All I know is, they were of Jamaican/African descent and were extremely polite and friendly.
A little downside was, that the stewards outside allowed visitors to double park. But when approached, they said it wasn’t them who told people to double park!? Didn’t really know what was going on there. Was blocked in by a car for a good half an hour. Had there been an emergency, who would have been to blame?
Overall, it was a good experience wouldn’t mind coming back for future events held here!
D. R.I was very cold today. 😙 Even though it was said, " Once everyone gets inside and fills up the hall it will get warm. I was cold during the service and the building still felt cold after the service. So, so sad and disappointing. It leave feeling pain over my body. Please Bethel, do better next week. We are God's precious people. 🙏
v. P.Love coming there whenever I can from London to join with my sisters and brothers and to see so many children who love Jesus. The worship and English Session is awesome. The highlight of the day is The Eurchristic Adoration and the Healing Pwer of Jesus who is the Bread of Life moving around the auditorium and people just hungry for Jesus. It's breath-taking I love every moment of the day.
P. S.A great conference venue at this price level. Large amount of free parking outside. Clean facilities. Very polite staff.

M. S.Visited a couple of times, once for a conference where the administration was excellent and the care of the delegates was second to none, and then for a couple of concerts, the auditorium is well appointed, and very versatile and the bands were amazing!

S. F.Lovely memories of a great Creation Conference in Oct 2017. The air conditioning in the main auditorium was a bit powerful, creating a rather too cool downward breeze from the ceiling. But an excellent place for a simple, straightforward, quite large conference - about 1600 people, I think.
W. D.Great conference destination! Approx 2.5k seating plus break out rooms. Seating behind stage for choirs etc plus band stand near stage. Dining area and large foyer for exhibition stands! On site parking and overflow parking on field.

G.Amazing place to renew your Christian faith! Although the parking is not great, it is a very enjoyable place to go to retreats. If you would like to know more about it, pop down on a second Saturday and priests and brother's will give you talks on how to love your life and about family importance. The service used to be mainly in Malayalam(a south Indian language) but nowadays they focus on both Malayalam speaking nationalities and as well as English speaking people. Hope this review helped.
J. J.It is an incredibly huge hall which can hold various programs etc. The seats are so comfortable you'll probably fall asleep in them, probably not the best for a long performance then :). Overall had a great experience, and would definitely go again.

C. P.Went here for a special event. The place is very nice. The chairs are comfortable however there is not enough leg room. The inside of this centre is huge. Good for big concerts.
Q. S.The conference we attended as well organised, the convention centre was comfortable and the administration was efficient. We we seated on one edge of the horseshoe auditorium which meant we saw 4 or 5 different screens, which we not ideal. Parking was tight.

S.I have just returned from the 61st Annual Holy Convocation attended by well over 1,500 people. The parking was well organised, health and safety message was read at the start of every meeting and there was ample car parking for everyone. A bonus was that cars parked on the overflow adjacent field were monitored by the onsite security guards. The facilities at the Centre are very good and there are excellent links to the motorway. All in all a great venue and as we were checking out, the New Testatment Church were starting their own three day convocation at the same venue!. First class city centre conference facilities in a local area.

R. K.It's a wonderful place of worship. Passion gathers there through Gateway Christian Centre. The presents of God is evident. All are welcome for Sunday services at 1100 hours.
L. M.Lovely layout of the building, seats have leg room and can hold a large amount of people. Toilets are clean and spacious.

G.This is a place for conference meeting, concerts, wedding reception, birthday partys etc. The staff at the centre are very professional, welcoming, very polite, friendly and will help to ensure your meeting is a success and comfortable.It holds around 1500 people and also car park plus a field to accommodate a large crowd. It's 7 minutes away from the M5, 5 minutes away from West Bromwich town centre. Birmingham and West Bromwich football are 10 minutes, the street around this area can be very busy on match days also.

N. S.My experience at this place was excellent, a fantastic auditorium, well-organized kitchen and restaurant, very spacious lobby, huge parking lot. I have nothing to complain about!!!
S. S.This place is huge went there for a convention. It was freezing cold with one small fan heater for a large room. Some of the staff serving a buffet lunch were rude and tea and coffee served was luke warm.
