S.I came to this place because I was struggling with groceries on a low income and these good folk did a free lunch on Weds, 12-1pm. It turned out to be a lovely community, with the pastor an volunteers forming its reliable backbone and guests like myself welcomed, valued, surprised into participation. It's a good place to get started if you've been socially isolated awhile (especially because of COVID), and to flourish if you're gifted with time and talent to spare.
