This is an excellent place to go and worship with others who believe in our Saviour, Jesus Christ! Wonderful place to find peace and feel closer to God! Wonderful and friendly people who are very welcoming!

I have been a member of the Church ofJesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon) since late 1963. I was working in in a shop in Kinson, an area of Bournemouth at that time. Two LDS missionaries had come into the shop to buy something and had a conversation with the shop assistant who was an Australian. The upshot of this was they left a book called Meet the Mormons with her.. She was not really interested in reading it . I worked in the workshop above the shop and on occasion it was necessary for me to go in the shop itself to get something or other. On this occasion she asked me to give this book to a lady in an upstairs office, which I did. She also wasn't interested in looking at it so I left it on my work bench and carried on with my work Lunch time came around so I sat down to eat my sandwiches and as I had nothing else to do I started to read the Book. I got really interested in it and asked the Australian girl if I could take it home with me to finish reading it. She agreed and I took it home and finished it. About ten days later she contacted me and said that there were two Americans in the shop who wished to speak to me. I went down and spoke to them and we conversed about the book and what I thought of it.. The rest is history, Yes I did eventually join their church and I have been a member for over fifty years now. My wife and I go regularly to Church nearly every Sunday health permitting. The views of the Bournemouth Chapel you see here are lovely . The building consistent of Chapel for worship, a cultural hall , a kitchen, classrooms for. Sunday school and other meetings, toilets, a library, a walk in font for baptisms and rooms to change in. A large car park and at least two offices. Most Latter Day Saint Chapel's have these facilities? I accidentally came across this site which has asked me to is rate and review it. So I am giving it ten out of ten. And my review you have just read. Just a little bit more. There are other Chapels within our area. Poole, Christchurch, Weymouth,, Jersey, Yeovil, Salisbury
