S. L.Unique Victorian church decorated in a Byzantine style. It is the tallest parish church in England, worth going inside to experience the awesome space that keeps on rising to an impossibly high roof. The church also houses some interesting art work and elaborate decoration. Helpful volunteers are usually on duty to enhance your experience of this place. Regular High Church of England services too.
R. R.Strange looking church. Proportions outside are all wrong. The interior is impressive. We were there for a craft fair. But I took a picture or two.
A. J.Vast church, worth at looking for construction alone. Full history and photos provide a good insight as to why it was built. Then it was 1.00 pm and I was shown the door!

I would recommend anyone to come visit here if only to look at the glory and splendour of it.

J. C.It's funny how decorated this church is, compared to the "modern" architecture from outside. The shape of the church does a good job providing plenty of light inside, which make you enjoy the pieces of art there. Worth the visit.
G. B.Close to work so I quite often pop in. Great place to sit and think. Very tall, the archite ture is interesting if you are into that. Bit sad that the majority of the artwork is so violent rather than uplifting, mainly crucifixion pieces but it is still a beautiful church
J. A. R. T.It's a worth visiting place as it shows an austerity that doesn't match with the usual wealthiness of most churches. A very kind man explained to us that it was a church built for the working people at the railway nearby. It is supposed to have the highest ceiling of all churches in the UK.
D. H.Huge building - the size of Noah's ark - with friendly, helpful people to talk to visitors. Built as a mission church, now regularly used for concerts. I haven't been to a service, so I cannot comment.

I. J.The Cathedral of Brighton! Built by the working class back in the day, brick by brick. You feel it, auspicious, dense with an opportunity to light a candle and have a solitudal moment of connection. If the choir is practising, a treat awaits.

G. S.I love the stark, imposing beauty of the brick built exterior and the contrast with the interior which, although huge, is offset by the colours of the windows. This is one big church.
