These guys are amazing as simple as that. I’m big on supporting local businesses and if you’re passionate about photography like I am then it makes sense why I support these guys. I buy all my rolls of film here, a decent selection. Decent choice of film cameras with some digital gear too but I’m mostly there for the analog film gear and rolls. Customer service is always on point. That’s one of the main reasons why I go back all the time. Very knowledgeable, approachable guys. Been going here for a solid 4 years + and will continue to do so.

Clocktower Cameras is really great - the guys who work here are incredibly informative and helpful. After a camera I bought started malfunctioning, they very quickly honoured the warranty and switched it out for another - they're also very happy to demonstrate how to load film, etc. Very welcoming for beginner film photographers. They also have a nice range of film. Can't recommend the shop enough--I'll definitely be coming back whenever I decide I want to upgrade my current camera!

Small little shop but with a lovely selection of older lenses. Found a wonderful 24mm I was looking for and staff happily digged out a manual to check it was the one I needed. Very helpful staff and better than online prices on many things.

These guys are the most helpful and friendly camera guys EVER I'm an absolute novice with my new (old) film camera and just getting started so don't know much, but all the questions I had for them were answered and they didn't make feel embarrassed that I didn't know some probably quite simple stuff at all. Today I bought a rad little Nikon F-301, really reasonable price. The guy who sold it to me was so helpful. He helped me set it all up and was really informative. Overall it just had a great vibe. Can’t rate them enough. I only found the shop as it was recommended to me by all my friends who do photography, as it’s quite tucked away.

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered, very knowledgeable about their stock and so happy to answer questions and give you the time of day. Purchased a £500 camcorder secondhand for £225, better than half price and it looks and works as brand new! Highly recommend Clocktower Cameras! I found them helpful and knowledgeable both over the phone and in person. They gave expert advice on lenses that saved me hours of trawling the internet! The secondhand lens I purchased is amazing and saved me a pretty penny. ;-) The shop itself is Covid secure with a large Perspex screen at the counter, plenty of ventilation, hand sanitiser, and a 1 in 1 out policy. My first visit but certainly not my last!

Stopped by Clock Tower Cameras on a weekend away in Brighton. I Walked in to a customer buying their first digital camera, the advice and knowledge being given to this person by the staff was amazing and was all well explained. I also managed to treat myself to a medium format film camera that I have fallen in love with. Amazing store, these guys know what they are talking about! Would love to visit again!

Gives fair prices on part exchange digital gear. Brought from them a few times and always been very happy. Does repairs.

I have not even done business (yet) with theses guys but I have been in there several times to ask questions. They have always taken the time to answer my obscure queries, the few services they can not provide they have referred me to excellent third parties for technical repairs to my damaged equipment. Although it seems that most camera and lens problems can be sorted out in house. A Good old fashioned business with excellent customer care.

The service in the store is perfect and they are very friendly, they have no intention of deceiving you and if it is necessary to tell you something about the camera you want to buy, they will do it to make sure you end up happy with your purchase. Si sois restauradores nadamas que mencionar que hay que tener en cuenta que esta en brighton osease en la playa y las camaras suelen tener salitre u mucho oxido dentro de la camara o bajo la pintura pero por suerte no es un problema muy grande. El servicio de la tienda es perfecto y son muy amables, no tienen intenciones de engañarte y si es necesario comentarte algo a cerca de la camara que quieres comprar, lo haran para asegurarse de que termines contento con tu compra. En definitiva, una genial tienda de fotografia de las que ya no se encuentran
