I didn't know it at the time(I came from Nepal and was brought up to follow the teachings of Buddha, my family still follow his teaching)but the day I walked into park hill church would be the day that change my life for the better! The feeling of welcome,love and friendlyness was overwhelming. The people there treated me like a long lost friend although they knew nothing about me or my torid, evil past life. I wanted to know what gave these people such a calm,happy and peaceful persona. After spending time with I was later to find out they had been born again into the Christian faith, with the knowledge that Jesus suffer and gave his life on the cross to free us from sin. To have God in my life has changed it for the better, it is difficult to imagine that I survived for so long with not knowing his grace. To find out from park hill church that god's only son Jesus died on the cross to rid me of my sin was hard to believe at first, but seeing what peace it gave to all the people at the church was proof that it worked . Thank you for all the love ,support and encouragement I have received since walking into park hill church, my life will never be the same again. Now I am serving the Lord in Betel for two and half year and baptised in the name of father,spirit and the son Jesus Christ.
