It was lovely to be a guest on Watch This Space with Mo and Allegra. Their empathic style of communication eases the discussion into deeper places, and we were able to talk frankly about the impact of sexism in football on the wider world. We had an impactful chat about the surprising significance of the world's most popular sport on all our lives - whether we liked it or not. I'm delighted that they are coming to a women's match at The Dripping Pan soon.
This is an important podcast series about our culture and the world of work, and I recommend it to anyone interested in social change.

Mo and Allegra were expert panellists on our International Women's Day webinar, and delivered an insightful talk on the situation faced by women business owners in 2022. Mo and Allegra are incredibly knowledgeable, but crucially, they know how to deliver an engaging and accessible presentation that's big on impact. I look forward to working with them again in future.

Mo and Allegra gave a superb talk on inclusive marketing communications at one of our WorthingDigital LunchtimeTalk events. Absolutely brilliant in every way! Well thought out and very useful content, professional and engaging delivery (in person), and a friendly and open approach.
Their talk prompted lots of interesting discussion and made a sometimes difficult but important topic relevant to talk about in a safe space. Also, I want to add that they are incredibly professional, patient and flexible and a joy to collaborate with.

We recently instructed WatchThisSp_ce to conduct a Diversity and Inclusivity Audit on our organisation and we are really pleased with the results.
Whilst the outcomes were very good, there is always room for improvement and Mo and Allegra have provided us with some excellent ideas of how we can make ourselves more inclusive than we currently are. We immediately identified from the Audit that our team would benefit from some training on neurodiversity and whilst it’s early days, the feedback we’ve received so far has been excellent.
Overall the level of service we’ve received from both Mo and Allegra has been great and it’s reassuring to know that they are there to discuss ideas if we want. The audit was money well spent so thanks Mo and Allegra.

I reached out to Watch This Sp_ce as a member of the DEI team at my company, looking for an experienced speaker to run a session as part of a company social event. From the first meeting with Mo I was sure her and her colleagues would be a great choice, and she didn't disappoint. The session on challenging our assumptions was a thought provoking introduction to DEI topics for our whole organisation, and was excellently delivered. Looking forward to working with them more in the future.

Sussex Nightstop team ready to take action after fantastic inclusive communication and racial inclusion training with Mo from Watch this Sp_ce. Challenged us to think both in and outside the room and we came away with a tangible 'to-do' list that we're already putting into practice - exactly what we wanted with supportive facilitation, informed content and open and responsive communication from Mo throughout and beyond.

Watch This Space delivered accessible yet challenging content in their webinars for BIPC Devon and Libraries Unlimited. I found their content thought-provoking and pitched in a way that felt right for what can sometimes be a tricky audience. (I know that unfortunately in business there are people who strongly believe the playing field is level and the work around inclusion is already done.) As the saying goes you catch more flies with honey and Watch This Space's webinar challenged assumptions without shaming those who may have made them. We know that many businesses have a long way to go with making real and lasting change but if anyone can make it happen for your organisation, it's the team at Watch This Space! Thank you, we look forward to working with you again soon.

Mo gave a talk at Roedean School alongside other entrepreneurs in March about business ethics. The students said they enjoyed the talk. They said they tend to think about ethics as the environment so was good to make them realise that ethics comes in many different forms and the importance of diversity.

Mo and Allegra are naturals at this and lead a very engaging, in person session that introduced the team to the starting points of unconscious bias and inclusivity in an accessible way. They had a wealth of resources to share and are very well informed. Would totally recommend.

We collaborated with Watch This Space to host an event on Diversity and Inclusion, to celebrate Black History Month. Their Unconscious Bias training was informative, unique and challenging; they facilitated challenging conversations with our attendees and invigorating discussions. Allegra and Mo have a fantastic chemistry and offer two different experiences that makes their training accessible and honest. Their session will get you and your team thinking about how we interact with different people in a new way!

I have attended a few free and paid workshops with Watch This Space, as well as attended webinars, and I found them to be professional, supportive and really wonderful to work with. They understand and centre the issues at hand and keep the groups focused on useful solutions for marginalised groups in workspaces, with tools and techniques that can be carried across all your interpersonal relationships as well. Looking forward to seeing what 2021 brings from them as we continue our diversity, equity and inclusion work.
