It was a good church however I found it very dark inside for a church the people was welcoming and friendly and I found people to have been too free to do whatever they wanted to do in church I didn’t think the message I heard was dynamic preaching but was ok this may suit some people like young people but this didn’t suit a person like me being a mature in the faith family man in my 30s. There was also no pastor preaching as it all comes from the head office via a video so I find this weird.

I hired their Room for my daughter's 40th birthday, it was absolutely awesome, disco set up in top of the room, food set up, opposite the disco area But the bottom of Room had all leather sofas and arm chairs with small tables sploged around everywhere at bottom of the room massive place dancing at top end of Room Really Great Oh and Their own car park free, brilliant night, check it out....
Especially Sunday mornings☺️

Incredible space, they've completely revamped it, was an empty shell before. People are lovely too and take a genuine interest in you!

This Church introduced me to the real Jesus, not a religious icon, but the lion of Judah Himself

Incredible church with a very strong and clear identity. Amazing heart for people and the city.
High energy and impacting events with good production value make it feel really professional. Smiles from the moment you walk in make it feel like family when you come home.
Great cafe serving hot drinks and snacks. They take card which is perfect!
Be sure to get your free drink and great conversation if it’s your first visit.

Freedom Church is a hidden jewel in the City but it's well worth a visit if you can find it! Having said that,Trade Street is only a short walk from Cardiff Central train station car park.
I've been to many Churches in my lifetime but none as welcoming as this.
It's a huge building but every part is used in the best possible way, offering something and somewhere for everyone.
The congregation is diverse to say the least - there's a stage, not a pulpit and it's likely for the service to include a rapper, rapping about his love of God and laughter to ring out many times during the service.
The wide entrance hall is readily given over to the youngsters to play football and the whole atmosphere is love and inclusiveness. Exactly what a Church should be.
My Granddaughter recently got married here and the building was transformed into a beautiful, glittering fairytale. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone.
If you're new to the area or looking for an amazing worshipping experience, you could do a lot worse than pay a visit to Freedom Church...

It seemed to me that I came to a TED talk. It was a kinda encouraging "motivation speech" (which was not bad at all) –.. was it only me who felt that the vision was bit 'modernist' & human & problem solving - centered?
The place is Covid safe & the team was extraordinary helpful though!

Such a welcoming church. It really doesn't matter who you are they will welcome you with the biggest smiles and go all out to make you feel welcome. They are so open and honest about who they are and really love their city and beyond. It also has a really international feel with so many people from different backgrounds and countries. If you are looking for a church or are just curious about them go check it out!

I'm a new student that moved to Cardiff in late September. I highly recommend this church. I went for the first time today, by myself, and as soon as I walked through the door I had people welcoming and chatting to me. I felt at home straight away! All aspects of this church is great! The music, the talks, the people. The cheering and shouting out seemed a bit odd at first but only because i'm not used to that sort of church. Overall I loved this church and i'm defiantly going back!

Moving to Cardiff for university and leaving home for the first time was a daunting task, though I knew which church I wanted to go to! Moving in, meeting my flatmates and settling down are much harder than you're ever told. Going to and being around the people of Freedom Church Cardiff has given me so much strength and joy. The overwhelming feelings that come with change have been so much easier to deal with because of the support of church family. They passionately display the love of Jesus for everybody and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else but with them on a Sunday.

These people genuinely love you from the moment you walk in, you're made to feel like you belong even though you've never been before! This church has changed the way I see things and the way I do things, they challenge me to reach my potential even when I don't know that I have it within me. If you want to grow, meet God and see how Jesus is relevant then this is the place

This is my church and I flipping love it. We're not afraid to change things up, we avoid being 'religious', we are passionate, we are loud and I have never met a group of such genuinely happy people before. Throw out your old pre-conceived ideas of church at the door, they have no place here.

Amazing challenging and relevant preaches, amazing worship and the people are family rather than church mates!
Couldn't ask for more in church :)

At Freedom, everyone is welcomed to experience the love of Jesus Christ and be impacted by the message of the Gospel. And the power of the Holy Spirit in worship and sermon refreshes you in preparation for the week ahead.
