J. L.Lovely little cafe, friendly staff VERY affordable and they bake fresh cake, pies, fruit/cheese scones on site (to die for).
Also they do a dance exercise class for the over 55's on a Friday morning 11:00 - 12:00 with a lady named Charlie (energy of a kitten on speed) she's lovely doesn't pressure you into doing what you don't feel capable of but "have a go" attitude is contagious ➕ the small crowd are very welcoming both men and women.
£3 a session (1st session free) and if you purchase 5 sessions the 6th is free (you get a little card)
Trust me it's well worth the money and the time
