Visited on a sunny weekend, visited on Father's Day, visited on Classic Cars day - a holy trinity of components making for a busy and frantic day, with lots of queuing. But this little, attractive church was not only open, but also selling very welcome mugs of tea and a large array of homemade cakes. Wonderful little fuelling stop. The ladies were kept incredibly busy and did a grand job of serving everyone. The cakes were very good, especially the lemon meringue pie. Well organised and run. The 'cherry on the cake' ha, was the lovely stained glass in the church. Glad I had the opportunity to go inside. Hope your cake stall was a resounding success.

Please visit this beautiful church situated close to the hall. On open days fresh tea and home made cakes baked to perfection will leave you wanting to return again and again. Enjoy 🙏😊

Well loving history and especially local history this place was very beautiful to walk around and to look at some of the different headstones from the wide-ranging people that have died and being buried in this church yard from local nobleman to war heroes that is really a sense of deep-rooted History especially deep-rooted local history that goes hand in hand with the surroundings of not just the churchyard but the area in general if you read some of the plaques around the graveyard you can trace back the history of the deceased from Cusworth Hall to nearby Brodsworth Hall all and even slightly further afield on a summer's day which was the day that we went the sunshine which is beating off the grass and illuminated on to the church really gives you a sense of Architecture and history it is very peaceful clean and a lovely lovely place to walk on a summer's day viewing some of the history on offer. I think I will be visiting again this summer and take some more pictures
