A. P.A great venue. Lovely rooms and so very well thought out. Staff engage with everyone and make people very welcome. This is what happens when someone who cares about community makes an offering like this. Use this place as a cafe, rent this place for training and seminars and book the therapy rooms to support Suffolk Mind. Great work everyone!

Lots of interesting activities going on every month surrounding health and wellbeing. The cafe bar serves great coffee and a good selection of food and snacks...
S. M.Huge variety of events go on here - modernised well and fantastic looking space. Looks scary to go in at first as you may be unsure if you can enter but you can! And it’s well worth it when inside.
t. t.Lovely staff and a helpful space for those with mental health issues. They also offer many other services inside and hold family events during the school holidays.

J.I've attended a lovely playgroup here for two weeks running. The staff are amazing and really get involved with the children, which is perfect when you have two to run after. Wonderful drinks on offer as well as qroissants. I would happily pay for this session but they insist it is free. Highly recommend 👌
