What a beautiful place. A brilliant conference in a most comfortable warm welcoming house. Truly edifying.The accommodation was excellent. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Food for the body and food for the soul. Most reasonable prices. Everyone was so helpful and Kind I would highly recommend this house of prayer. The little Chapel was so peaceful. We walked down to Crosby beach. I thought the Locals were very hardy standing in the water like that. I realised they were statues part of an artwork with larger than life figures standing on the beach. It caused a lot of confusion in an area when people do get caught in the soft sand. Only the day before someone had to be rescued and while we were there the emergency services coastguard helicopter and fire brigade were responding to an emergency. All was well thank God. But the statues are mistaken for people stuck and needing rescue frequently.
