K. W.I was christened here, in ALL SAINT'S CHURCH, WEST HAM in May of 1968
Y. I.It's like a Cathedral. It belongs to a new chain of Churches affiliated to Holy Trinity Brompton, called SAINT. The others being 1 I've already left a review for, Leyton. Then Hackney(their main Church), Homerton and Shoreditch. It's just recently started a 4:30pm service, which is more contemporary. This is it's 3rd week now. I recommend attendance of this service. You may have snacks or Pizza at the end of the service as well.
Z. a. t. f. P.Beautiful 900 year old church that was reportedly a stop off for Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn on their way to hunt in Epping. Gorgeous, well preserved original interior with organ and resident choristers, and bell tower with 10 bells and an award winning band of ringers. Modern sound and heating make this a pleasant place to visit, ring and/or worship at.
J. U.A very warm and friendly church environment where worshippers come from different races and cultural backgrounds, and various walks of life. The interior of this listed building is imposing, and magnificent and has many historic relics. Always a joy listening to the congregation, choir and the pipe organ on Sundays.
