f. p.The Christ church, is situated in leafy part of west Wimbledon. This house of prayer had been the focal point for local community and beyond for the last160 years. Samul S. Teulon (1812-1873) was the architect and the building, after constraction, was commissioned on 5th of August 1859. The church is a listed as grade two. Due to its beautiful interior design, the church is been used for weddings not only by local community but also by people outside its boundries. It is a very bright and welcoming church and when one enters this house of prayer, one feels the peace and prayers of many thousand perisheners who had been using this place for their Sunday services. It may continue as a place for worship, serving Christians as well as others.
