I cannot heap enough praise upon Mr. George Hepburne Scott both in a professional capacity and on a personal level. From the very outset it becomes quite apparent that he is a cut above the rest; highly competent, sharp and intelligent, logical and lucid: this a man evidently at the top of his profession who is deeply familiar with all of the ins and outs of UK extradition law. Extradition proceedings came about quite suddenly and unexpectedly, initially competely bewhildering and confusing me. In my frantic search for legal representation, with a limitied window of time and being on low income with no savings, I consider myself extremely fortunate in having found Mr. George Hepburne Scott to represent me because in addition to being a superb barrister, he took my case on Legal Aid which speaks volumes to his character. His passionate attitude and dedicated approach to my defence was very impressive and tremendously moving. The dynamic and strikingly effecient manner by which he went about achieving it was truly astonishing. His vast experience, calculating intelligence and intricate legal knowledge were clearly evident as he expertly examined every aspect of the case; planning and preparing a meticulous defence, which even included the recruitment of third party, first-class experts within their respective fields. The deep commitment and awesome initiative that Mr. George Hepburne Scott took in exploring all available avenues and utilising all necessary resources to strategically and intuitively mount a multilayered, multipronged vigourous defence, together with his frank and eloquent, compelling yet always composed courtroom delivery was admirable and masterful. I want also emphasise how genuinely pleasant and personable Mr. George Hepburne Scott is; the kind and empathetic manner by which he guided me through the whole convuluted, sometimes frightening process, had an immensely reassuring and calming effect on me. This greatly reduced my anxieties in one of the most challenging times I've ever experienced in my life. I must also thankfully mention, commend and surely recommend Mr. George Hepburne Scott's litigator, Ms. Magdalena Motyl, who is simply not only excellent in what she does but a lovely person as well, kind and supportive all the way through. She worked in perfect synchronisation with him on the case, effeciently liasing between us and all parties involved. I have no doubt that her amazing talent, organisation and high calibre output contributed in no small part to its outcome. I can honestly say that one could not be in better legal hands when it comes to matters of UK extradition. Mr George Hepburne Scott will have your best interests at heart and fiercely fight your corner. The fact that he won my case has changed my life forever but it's the way he fought it that has earned my unending gratitude.
