E.Nice old theatre in Islington. Although the facade does look a little bit tired, seats were comfortable and the stage has a good size. I think it works as a chronic Sundays. But I think is a good option for private functions from dance schools, which is how I visited it. The only thing missing is a nice bar but again I think is not a proper functional theatre.

A. 0.Visited this place last week. Spacious hall but the gap between 2 rows of the seats are uncomfortable. In case a person has to get up and go,the person who is already sitting has to almost get up to let the other person pass by. One has to walk a bit from the train station or travel by bus to reach this place.
Clean toilets and seperate place for changing room & food serving area. However this place has a royal look.
A. K.Acoustic of this venue is not that great, I have been there recently for 3 concert. And all had sound issue. But other than that it's great for a cozy intimate gig.
L. A.Nice hall, very spacious. Went for a concert. Had no trouble imagining this place in its former glory as a theatre. A bit of a shame the galleries and balconies are closed off, would have loved to explore it.
J.Really lovely venue, warmed up in the end and great sound! Only thing is there isn't nearly enough women's toilets unfortunately for the crowd that was at the event and the auditorium wasn't even full :(
J. H.Beautiful Art Deco building that could do with a bit of external TLC. Good place for a conference but the chairs are a bit of a tight squeeze and the air con a bit fierce. Handy location between Angel and Highbury and islington stations.
