A peaceful haven located 5 minutes from Tower Hill Station. Built in the late 1800s and dedicated to the Catholic Martyrs who gave their lives for their faith.
Sunday mass is at 09.00 and at 11.00.
The church is an intimate space with beautiful stained glass windows and carvings.
All are welcome and after 11.00 Mass on Sundays free tea and coffee is offered to anyone wanting to chat and get to know its parishioners

This was my Parish Church growing up. I was baptized here, I made my first Holy Communion and my Confirmation here too. I also went to the Parish school of Tower Hill/English Martyrs. It is also where I got married and my growing family went on to do the same. It is a most beautiful church. Bright and beautiful and has a welcoming parish.

A historical Roman Catholic Church. Services are ok and clergy is friendly and welcoming. The community is composed of varied backgrounds.
I wish they changed the holy water thingy at the entrance, the current dispenser looks rather ugly and is cumbersome to use. I am always in fear of making a mess!

A beautiful old Catholic church, dedicated to the English Martyrs and situated a few minutes walk from the Tower of London where they gave their lives. The church is open most weekday mornings for personal prayer or just to sit and be quiet, and there is a quick but reverent Mass at 1pm, ideal for City workers on their lunchbreak (and surprisingly well-attended for a weekday Mass).

@ Dimple, am sorry to hear your ugly experience. It looked like you called at the wrong time. Most of the time I have called, I have normally spoken to someone, just as I did today.
There are masses Tuesdays to Fridays at 1pm, on Saturdays at 6:30pm. No mass on Mondays.
Mass Times:
Sunday Mass: 9am, 11am, (Saturday 6.30pm)
Holy Day Mass: 9.30am, 12noon, 1pm
Weekday Mass:Tuesday-Friday 1pm

It's an historic church. I'm afraid I know very little of it's history.

Good for weekday Mass in the city.

(Translated) A beautiful gothic church, a quiet, atmospheric place. I was there for Sunday mass. Beautiful stained glass windows, sculptures. Even though I don't know English very well, I felt great.

Piękny gotycki kościół, spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Byłam tam na niedzielnej mszy świętej. Piękne witraże,rzeźby. Mimo,że niezbyt dobrze znam język angielski, czułam się świetnie.
