N. S.I've been attending this church for years. Both my children have been baptised here. The congregation are so welcoming and friendly towards new comers. Each Sunday I feel as if I have left with such a blessing - it's a great start to my busy week.
B. S. (.Beautiful church we wanted to use for funeral. The officiating Minister not very accommodating. Showed us into church that was the last we saw of him
even after 2xphone calls which went o voice mail.We let yourself out.
E. D.St Matthias Church is great to rent for all kinds of events and the upstairs studio is better known as Moving East Centre for Martial Arts, Dance and Complimentary Medicine.
There are classes of all types, and the facilities are clean and spacious. London Contact Improvisation are based here every Saturday. From 1pm to 3pm is a class open to all levels taught by current and well known CI practitioners that helps you learn the basics of Contact Improvisation and is priced at £7.
Between 3pm and 6pm there is jam which allows CI dancers of every level to put into practice all you have learnt and sometimes includes live music to dance too. The jam can be attended independently of the class for £4 or together with the class for £9. These classes are well worth experiencing and are full of great people, great dancers and come greatly recommended.
