T. P.What a fabulous church it looks beautiful inside
S. K.I always pop in to say a prayer in St. Patrick's when I am in Soho. It offers a sense of peace away for the buzz of the surrounding neighbourhoods. Its a shame to see that the building does need so much in the way of repair and good to see that people are donating to support this very worthy cause.
m.Opposite Soho Square is this Roman Catholic Church. The exterior of the church is built with modest looking red bricks that belies the beautiful interiors.More so since the renovations in the last decade.
The design of the church is interesting in having an unusually long shape and in effect a long nave ending in beautifully golden aspe. The church also has extensive catacombs, which is not usually open to the public
Y.A wonderful parish with an excellent priest: 24/7 perpetual adoration and a homeless kitchen run on Tuesday and Thursdays by volunteers!
What a beautiful parish. Even after recent cross rail renovations what a fantastic restoration of the church in time for Christmas. A loving community in the heart of soho.
