D. H.As my brothers and I were driving through Kensington they spotted the shop. Now they themselves are not cigar smokers, however me being one I had to pop in and take a look.
Once we entered the shop I was pleasantly surprised. The presentation and layout of the cigars are excellent. They all look in perfect condition and the service I received was top class.
Whilst purchasing my cigar the owner arrived and was keen to show me a picture of the cigar lounge they are opening next year.
I have nothing but positive things to say about my first experience at the Kensington cigar shop and I’m looking forward to enjoying the limited edition Bolivar I purchased.
Will defiantly be back soon and would recommend this shop to anyone !
K. P.Tiny shop but very friendly, wide range of cuban cigars. I wanted some advice this is why I didn’t order online. Very good advice, a lot of information and helpful hand to choose the right product. I will be back and I will recommend this store to my friends. I don’t remember exactly but I recall that gentleman has said that this shop is Cuban only, not 100% sure but if you looking for Dominican or other, give the shop a call beforehand.

B.This is a fantastic shop with very knowledgeable and friendly staff, I was a casual cigar smoker when I moved into the neighborhood, but once I started frequenting the Kensington cigar shop I learned much more and became more interested in cigars. They have a wonderful selection of Cuban cigars and are very willing to share their opinions and knowledge. The Kensington cigar shop is a very similar experience to going into a fine wine shop. You talk about what you like what you might drink with it what flavor notes you are a fan of, then with the help of the staff you choose. The prices are also extremely competitive I’ve done my research.

K. 1.A very welcoming lounge for Cigars lovers, place is well organised and looks very good. The lounge has a variety of Cuban Cigars selection but we ordered their Cigars which is their signature products, pricing acceptable service is exceptionally perfect as the staff are so polite and organised.
Highly recommend for all cigar fans who visit London, this place is a must try. If you love Cuban cigars you will love this place.

Outstanding service from the friendly staff, wide selection of cigars and reasonable prices. I got my cutter, and ended up buying a couple of cigars as well. P.I've been waiting for a decent cigar shop to open in West London for a decade. The Kensington Cigar shop is not just decent though. It is outstanding. The cigar selection is excellent, the humidors are of very high quality, the cigar experts are very knowledgeable (and have usually tried most cigars they sell), and the cigars themselves are always in perfect condition.
