Everything was packaged really well when we ordered from delivero. The poke tasted fresh and was very enjoyable though a tad bit more sauce than I would have liked, but that was my fault for requesting high sauce ( it was my first time ordering a poke and I didn’t know what to expect). Their chicken gyoza was really good as well. Lastly, we had the mango cheese cake dessert that was very fluffy and quite nice

Disclosure: this was my first ever poke bowl. I found it delicious and shocked by how many delicious ingredients that they managed to bury in the deep bowl. Portions are very generous. I'd definitely try again. Only 4 stars because the menu is confusing and it's difficult to know what you are getting versus what is on the board in the store (I believe that it is being updated).

Highly recommend. The food is superb, lots of choices that are healthy and tasty. For approximately £10-12, you get a hefty portion that will leave you full. The packaging is elegant and minimalistic. Would recommend if you're feeling like you want to eat 🙏🏻.

Had two Deliveroo orders from The Poké Shack and both times I've been impressed by the quality and portion sizes. At other poke places I often feel a bit ripped off with the price and the size of the serving and inconsistency but I can't say that here. The poke bowls have loads of variety of ingredients and filled to the brim. Their poke bowls are fresh and tasty. Both orders I've made were great and I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

My usual lunch delivery on Uber Eats. I love it because the portion size is great, always fresh and many toppings. My box comes full and they add extra sauces. When I upgrade to a larger bowl I usually have enough left to have for dinner. I just want to leave a review to make sure they keep producing great poke and don’t change anything.

One of the best poké I've had, the shack is small but has a very friendly and welcoming vibe, the staff are friendly and engage well with customers, always polite. I recommend the classic tuna bowl, filling and delicious.

Lacking in options for toppings (need to add things like cucumber, jalepenos, onions, etc. my bowl had little flavor. The people were very nice and helpful but I did have a hair in my food the first time. They recreated it for me.

Happily surprised. The portion they gave me was vast, really weighty and filling. The ingredients and really fresh and tasty. They let me mix two bases together, too. And they're open late! Perfect. Protip, if you get wasabi, mix it into the main sauce before you add it to the bowl - I did not, and it was very hard to mix. The wasabi is wonderfully hot, too, which was amazing but somewhat painful when eating blobs of it I hadn't succeeded in mixing, haha. I would definitely eat here again.

The poke is pretty basic in my opinion, so I am not sure why the review is pretty high for it? Nothing special from the poke. It was pretty valued though quite cheap for that amount of poke. I can recommend you if you wanna get cheap poke you can go here but I am not coming back there are plenty other cheap food to get in London

I have eaten 9 times at Poke Shack since December 2020, generally ordering multiple bowls with groups. All the bowls taste amazing. The portions are generally massive and you can tell they care about producing good quality food with good ingredients - in London!! We have also ordered from several other Poke restaurants in London, Poke Shack is hands down the best in terms of portion size, taste and quality. They also have something for everyone - which is hard to find when you want to order from somewhere that specialises in raw fish! I have had a bad experience with them, usually I would let it slide but I addressed it with Poke who, although they took a few days to respond, did take my concerns very seriously and were sincerely concerned to hear they had upset a customer. They then immediately rectified the issue and restored my confidence in them. This place is an absolute hidden gem.
