I take my 6 year old Pokémon TCG collector son to both the Afflecks store and also the Stockport Market store. At both, the staff are super friendly & helpful, have only ever bought from here, as it’s such a great experience for my son seeing everything displayed. The owner is very chatty & great with younger card fans, great place to visit!

Great little store staff know there stuff about tcg and board games there very helpful and I got quite a few yugioh items for a good price loses a star due to how cramped it is my one recommendation is remove that middle Island with all the empty tins otherwise it's a great store

Just sold my collection. To anyone who looks at the the 1 stars I can safely say their "buyers remorse". The store cleark was nothing but friendly with me and was willing to show his process. Going as far to explain how he got his prices from ebay's sellers list. These are ones that have recently been sold and are not asking prices. He even explained how much he would sell them for and why. Genuinely friendly and a pleasant experiance from start to finish even bought my old card tin.

Amazing little shop, with everything you could ever want, great prices, great cards, ranging from cards to tins there is a broad selection, I could and was in there for a few hours today, and wasn't treated like a customer but like a friend and since it was my first time in the shop I felt like the staff were really welcoming and made sure I was in good hands. Staff seem to be very knowledgeable about everything and show real passion when behind the counter. Overall I reccomend any card collectors new or old to go and check this place out I promise you will not regret it !!!!!

I love card empire friendly staff, equally as geeky as me. It's fun going in. Fair priced. Its mainly yugioh and pokemon cards with a small magic section. I'm a magic collector myself and the amount they sell is more than enough for me. Good shop.

Great place. For me personally ive found it hard to find anywhere that sells yugioh singles and a good selection of booster packs and different types of sleeves. Thos has it all. Several huge binders full of yugioh and Pokémon. They are very pleasant in store and also the prices are reasonable. Happy to shop for singles here as it supports a local business and prices are good. Bit of a effort to find it amongst other shops but a jewel in afflecks if you can find it. They also take card and cash and also buy cards off people . Big selection of yugioh decks and also Pokémon plushes and other memorabilia. Overall a great little shop that I visit every few weeks to buy some singles in. Great of you want a browse without always knowing what you want and prices are on everything and stock is good. Trust me places like this are hard to find!! Definitely worth a visit.

Card Empire is the best place to get yugioh cards in Manchester as it has a massive range of yugioh related products. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and always there to give a hand.

Very friendly and helpful, Bought some boosters and a gx box, got an ultra rare in one of the boosters and went back to buy more, but they were closed quite early. Highly recommend, Cheaper than the other places nearby too.
