R. J.It's a difficult time for everyone at the moment and it's all too easy to feel helpless, have a fear of the unknown, feel isolated. The nation has been fed a diet of negativity and bad news for months with no sign of respite. Whilst I appreciate it's not for everyone, a visit to your local place of worship can offer some sense of meaning to what's happening around us all. Of course, there are different religions and innumerable ways to express oneself spiritually, but for those who do follow christianity or arent sure where to begin, the parish priest at Holy Cross church connects incredibly well with his parish and welcomes all.
Naturally, protocol must be observed and there is a strict COVID policy keeping direct interaction for all present at a minimum. Contact tracing details are collected at the door prior to allowing admission ensuring the safety of all in attendance during the service.
