This picturesque church is situated on the western edge of the historic town of Wolverton. Situated between late 19th-century Victorian terraced houses, shops, industrial areas and a social housing estate, it does not attract much attention from passers-by. Covered by tall trees, it looks very charming and is a gem among the surrounding monuments. Its architecture and decorations say a lot about the history of this place. Unfortunately, the facility is not particularly exposed and lacks information boards presenting the history of this place and its heritage. Due to its location, it attracts local shipowners of cheap alcohol, which spoils the charm of this place. It's a pity that such a unique building is probably falling into disrepair. It would be nice for someone to appreciate this place more before time takes its toll.
