On recent holidays, I've passed this church several times. From the outside it is well proportioned and attractive. It is also clearly visible from the walls of the nearby Carisbrooke Castle. The interior is worth a visit. One tomb in particular stands out, located to the left of the alter. Note, we travelled by bus Shanklin, via Newport. The bus stop being close by. From the church we walked up hill by the steam and completed our time in Carisbrooke, with a visit to the castle. The walk back to Newport being all down hill.

Beautiful church lots of royal history. Queen Victoria s Church. Well worth a vist

A very warm and welcoming church. Every visitor is special and made very welcome at services by the door welcomes. Andrew the vicar is very warm and makes all feel at ease. His services are always an excellent mix of solemnity and fun in equal measure. They have a large adjoining hall which is well used by a variety of different community groups every week.
