If you need a listening ear for a problem you are experiencing, need some advice on where to get help with a specific problem or just need to get something off your chest, call in or ring to make an appointment to either speak to a trained listener in private or chat informally to someone wearing a 1 to 1 badge in the cafe. The 1 to 1 team is at the cafe Monday and Thursday mornings from 10am to 12noon. Or if you just want something to eat and drink you will find a warm welcome at the Methodist Church on Lune Street.
