L. A.Just a few things to mention, the church is stunning full of history. The vicar is so nice and so helpful they have even provided leaflets in Welsh and English so that you can read the history.

M. J.St Giles Church in Wrexham is one of the seven wonders of Wales. The architecture is fantastic and it's where Eliu Yale is buried, he is linked to the USA.
At this moment in time St Giles has a festival called,.... The Festival of Angels. It is running until the end of the year.
One angel represents One Death in Wales from Covid 19. At the last count recently 10th November 2021, there have been 6,272 deaths here in Wales.
It's worth a visit.

F. K.Great Church in Wrexham. Vidisited after an event in Wrexham Universirty. Such a grand hall and structure is beautifully created. Just needs more care and funding to bring back the real beauty of this place. Stained glass windows are so beautiful and colourful that they keep us captivated for long. We only had few hours but the visit was memorable.
J. C.We came here to see a band during the Focus Wales festival. It's a great move having a bar in a church and I thoroughly enjoyed my doom bar ale. Its a whopper of a church and the acoustics are brilliant. I think you should have heavy metal and rock bands on every Saturday night. I also liked the colourful windows. Keep up the good work.

N.1st covid wedding there last week and couldn't have been any better, we couldnt stop looking at the inside of the church it was so so beautiful and the service was conducted so beautifully with the vicar (if that's what he is called) he took the service so natrually and made everyone feel at ease with a cheeky smile here and there as he was taking the ceremony, it was amazing, couldnt have been anymore perfect

F. S.Beautiful church at least 500 years old in the centre of Wrexham . So peaceful inside and the architecture and stunning stained glass windows are worth going inside to see .

P. C.The parish church is one of the 7 wonders of Wales because of its interesting gothic bell tower. It has had a long presence in Wrexham serving the community and leading Christian worship for centuries. An interesting fact is the founder of Yale University in the U.S. has his tomb and memorial here and there are memorial ceremonies each year attended by U.S. citizens representing Yale. Mr Y Yale had his farming estate in the Llandegla area, 10 miles north of Wrexham.
