They were able to tailor a suit for feminine figure in a timely manner and to a high quality. Many thanks to Beth and Hannah for helping me decide and Vincenza for my alterations.

E. B.Service not as attentive as it should be when spending several hundred pounds. I felt as though there was a lack personal service as staff too frequently 'ran off' to other people coming into the shop.
Had to wait 3 weeks to pick up a simple alteration to one item only to find it waiting for collection when making a personal to shop (rather than phone), only to find item was in shop. No email or telephone call to say it was ready.
There was also a shortage of long mirrors, only one in area where one needs to check out fitting of garments. Only one box type seat to sit on out of 3 cubicles (with no mirror inside which would have been useful).
Disappointed from what I was expecting considering price of M2M suite. Had i spent another £100 at a different mens tailor thing would have been much better with service overall. One learns!!

Over the past year I have purchased a lovely 3 piece tailored suit from this Moss Bros store.
I have returned to the store recently to have my suit re-tailored due to losing a lot of weight. The service and knowledge of both Antonio and Vincenza on my initial and return visits has been exceptional and a credit to Moss Bros. I have a holiday home in Chichester who also have a Moss bros store but nowhere near the same level of courtesy or service .

I was dreading shopping for a formal shirt with my son with Aspergers, he's a jeans and long sleeve t-shirt kind of kid and not at all comfy clothes shopping. We didn't know where to start style or size wise. The guy in Moss was amazing, had him measured up and bought over only things he knew would fit. Sent him to the changing rooms and me to a sofa.... Ended up with new trousers and a jacket too. Will recommend highly to anyone who needs a hassle free, knowledgeable and professional service.

M. M. V.First off rude and uninterested is not how I'd describe Oliver! Had really bad experience in Debenhams so hubby to be really not happy *#$@&! Went into Moss Bros was greeted on arrival by both assistants. Then was served by Oliver who not only know his suits and sizes just from looking, but gave us great service and fantastic sense of humour something he'll need when dealing with ignorant customers!!!.
