Ceri who runs Tootsies is an amazing lady who has 3 children of her own and yet her response time, order turn around and customer service is fantastic. I cannot recommend her products enough. The material she sources is always of very high quality and washes well without fading. The sizing of the items received is always generous meaning they last longer than some other handmade items.
