P. b.Not as packed as the old one, you weren't sandwiched in-between two fellas going up to the till and the smell of cat wee wee was horrendous. Some things make your toes curl and people running 🏃♀️ about with nits . Not a bad spot though 👌
K. M.The OG was my go to since I was a toddler. They are efficiently using the available floor space, there are no escalators and the bottom floor is very small. Also they only sell female fashion at this location so partners beware. Staff are lovely and garment offering is great.

a. t.One of the most popular shopping place in Belfast. Gents and ladies sections are separate for now but not far from each other.

a. a.I don't know how other brands exist with primark around. the quality is actually great and the price is too good to be true. my favorite part is they dont put the brand name on everything you buy clearly. for me that works great as I hate any branding on my clothes in general but also fools me to think the brand is an expensive one since the style and looks are usualy on point. they have all clothing categories. sports, casual, formal, home products, accessories and almost anything clothing related..
what ever I need, If primark has, it I wont look further.

N. W.An excellent shop which sells a relatively cheap but nice quality goods. Here you can buy women's, men's and children's clothes along with make-up, shoes, bags and so on. They often have a lot of discounts as well which is nice.

s.Great selection of clothing at excellent prices. Staff at each door enforcing a one way system and plenty of hand sanitizer. Very busy and hard to distance in the store as the crowds are on top of you just. Make sure to wear a mask for your own safety.

B. E.How many ways can I express my love for this place?! When the airline loses your luggage and you're in a bind, they got you. Re-up, outfitted and ready to go for about $100. Love this place. Everything you need when it comes to clothing and toiletries.
c. b. k.Very good place for cheap and best things and many things in single place. Like makeup, clothe, accessories, footware ,bags etc all in one place. The products I have taken was really cheap and within 25 pounds was able to find more than 10 different things in my cart. The product quality was also good and durable. All time favorite Primark!!

R. G.As Primark goes, this isn't a bad store. It's normally well organised with a good range of items. If you aren't familiar with the chain, they sell the cheapest clothes, shoes, accessories and homeware in town. This particular branch only sells women's clothes.

They have a great selection of clothing both men and womens and children's. Great prices! Hope to see it restored to it former glory!!

S. T.Had to change a suit for my son and the size wasn't available. Staff told me a delivery would be in next day and they would keep the size I needed. They did and even left it with my name on for pickup and I didn't even have to wait in line. Several times I've been with queries and returns. Staff are great. Customer service is amazing.

S. A.Always very busy, good variety of clothing at great prices. Usually very messy though unless you go as soon as they open, the way the clothes are piled makes it very hard to look at an item, meaning you have to remove it from the pile and as it's hard to fold it the exact way it was, people tend to just throw the clothes back on top of the piles. Staff do try to keep on top of this but such a large store that's always so busy it's an impossible task.
p. f.We are happy to against reopened and I really love it to go there and buy lots of stuff for me,son,partner and my nephew :-)

J. K.Fairly small store compared to what I'm used to but totally understandable under the circumstances. Very bright and airy and while it's a bit weird that men's and children's clothes are in one store and women's in another, it's nice to see Primark back on their feet in Belfast.

E. M. A.Primark is fantastic value, with up to date style clothing, and shoes! Not the best quality, the clothing doesn't wash well or wear long! But its excellent value for money, with a great selection to choose from and it stocks up to date garments, leading trends each season comparable to the designer market, but at budget prices so even the likes of people and customers like me on a shoe string have no excuse to relatively well dressed and turned out, fie any occasion at that too, thanks to 'Good old Faithful' Primark!

V. B.My daughter was in Belfast city centre store today returning 2 items for exchange. It was not straight forward and took some time. The boy at customer service helped along with the manager. B. O.Always far too busy and crowded but for the space the had they did a great job. Place has burnt down to a shell of a building on 29 August 2018 so is closed until a complete rebuild, if a rebuild ever happens.
T. M.Good store. Ever since the bank buildings fire in August 2018 Primark has been remarkably dedicated to Belfast: opening the extension, a second store 200yds down the road and rebuilding bank buildings. Staff have been great taking everything in their stride and are as helpful as ever.
A.This branch is always very busy, especially in the afternoons. They have completed a lot of work inside which is a vast improvement giving much more light and space. Lots of bargains to be had all year round.
P. K.First time I've ever been in a tidy Primark! Staff very attentive at keeping everything ship-shape. Pity the teenager on the till obviously didn't want to be there.

7.Good place but ready pass. Now we just need wait for owners and Belfast City Council what will be the next step. Hopefully they old fashion of the old building stay bicouse is one of the old building on Belfast city with some background history.
L.Heart breaking scenes at this fantastic store yesterday, my heart goes out to all the lovely friendly staff who always went out of their way to help the customer's. I was a frequent shopper in this store and a few months back I fell ill while shopping there, to say the staff were fantastic doesn't even come close, they were just amazing and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. Can't get these lovely people off my mind my heart goes out to them, God bless them all and pray that one day soon we will once again be able to shop in Belfasts favourite store x
V. M.Clothes are nice for the money you pay. But you most try everything on. My mum got holiday clothes and walked out with sizes between 10 to 16. After the clothes wash they thread or go out of shape.

Well, their store in Belfast City Centre was packed, all tills had a queue of folk spending both cash and plastic. ??? Spent a little myself.
S. D.Decent clothing but stressful to shop in. People stopping in isles for a chat and blocking othere from getting through. Front door layout is terrible, a serious bottle neck and borderline dangerous should there be a fire.

B. B.Normally I despise going in to the chaos that is Primark. I had to do 2 errands and a brilliant sales advisor Mark helped me find what I needed and advised me on where I needed to go. He was polite and extremely helpful and kind. Top marks for staff Primark.

V. M.2 primark shops one children men and household..the other a street away has womens section..strange set up, basic cosmetic section no other brand but Penny's and notva great selection at that.

C. L.Unsure if Google don't know yet, the Primark store was gutted by fire yesterday (27/08/18) sadly. Senior staff have not announced what they will be doing to relocate or rebuild as of yet. Strangely Google's 'live' section says the store is open and still has shoppers in it, unfortunately not and you may wish to reflect the store as closed on your site.

C. S.During busy periods it's hard to find some things as customers will take things off the shelves and leave them in random places. Other than that the place is clean and the staff are pretty quick.

C. W.There are now 2 primark stores in Belfast city centre (a temporary solution after the fire). This store is home to ladies only with the second store (in the old New Look shop further up towards Boots/City Hall) home to kids, men’s and home.
The bottom floor is relatively small and holds beauty, a little ladies clothing and check outs. There is a staircase to the other floors (more than one staircase to choose from as you go from floor 1, 2 and 3 (lingerie). The lifts are relatively slow.
Plenty of stock it was all relatively tidy during my latest visit - not always the case in Primark from my personal experiences.
Today I purchased my various items on floor 3 - plenty of check outs and the long queue did move quickly.
4 out of 5 until it returns to normal - embedding all sections once again and hoping for a return of escalators.
