S. S.Exceptional Customer Service! I ordered my bridal outfit and the groom sherwani. Both came as expected, we were meant to pick it up on the 15th but it arrived 10 days early which was amazing to see. Aunty kalsoom was really nice and has great customer service skills aswell the man in the menswear section. Unfortunately, the groom's khusa was in the wrong colour so they are getting that replaced which I have no doubt will arrive as soon as possible. Excited for my big day now in shaa Allah!

M. M.My personal experience, I drove past this shop and saw the lovely outfits on display. However after reading the reviews I was very sceptical. My partner convinced me to go in and I must say I walked out with a beautiful shrvani. Kulsum is amazing she made me feel so comfortable, was really helpful and polite. I went on ladypool road, Stratford road even leicester but the outfits in this shop was far much cheaper then the other places, also had plenty of variety.
As there is lockdown in India and Pakistan I brought my outfit off display (getting married very soon) it needed some tailoring. However they promised me a week and they actually stuck to their word. Kulsum rang me saying your outfit is ready to collect.

They are all well mannered and welcoming that you feel you can trust them. They listen to what you want and the prices are very competitive too.
