Beautiful, calm, spacious store. The clothes seem good quality. I especially like the kids' lines. I find the sizing is absolutely massive so keep in mind if ordering online or taking home to try on. I often take an S and trust me... I'm not an S.

LOVELY LOVELY STAFF! I am a frequent shopper at Arkett and the one thing that stands out at the Birmingham store is just how lovely the staff are. Friendly, interested, helpful and welcoming. The staff give the shopping experience in store that edge. Keep on doing what you do! A happy customer.

This was my first visit to an Arket shop, although I have brought on line. The clothes are beautifully made with quality fabrics. Well worth spending a little more on an item that will last for years and become a timeless classic. Nice shop too. I will be coming back!

Fabulous shop, great staff who are always very pleasant and helpful. A few high street shops can learn from Arket. Today I brought 2 items assisted by Fran, who I found to have outstanding customer service, great attitude and good eye for details and colours. Would highly recommend friends and work colleagues. Really lovely, timeless classic clothing. I try to shop as ethically as possible. So here's the deal with Arket as I understand it. Their clothes are manufactured in the same factories with the same labour conditions as H & M but the difference is Arket are transparent about which factory each item is made so you can make a slightly more informed choice about buying or not. So hopefully what will follow is more information about the factories, now we know which are being used. And then hopefully somewhere down the line any issues will be addressed so that we will one day be buying clothes made by fairly paid people with reasonable targets, secure contracts in a healthy environment. What I really like about Arket is the timeless design of their clothes, which encourages customers to wear their purchases for years to come and not throw them away after one season like some high-fashion items. It is near impossible to shop ethically in an actual shop on the UK high streets so I think that Arket is a step in the right direction for the fashion industry. I hope other large retailers follow suit and take this concept forward.
