Shopped here today and brought some clothes for family unfortunately one item a member of the family did not like the colour so I thought il go after work to exchange it as they were going to fly out in the morning.. rang the shop and the owner said I'm closed but if u come just before 8pm after namaz il exchange it for you .. just before 8pm he arrived and exchanged the item for me. now if that aint customer service at its finest I don't know what is .. going to spend my money here from now on as he valued my custom deffo recommend 👌
