J. G.Felt like the sales guy didn't want to know to start with. Admittedly i did look a little scruffy to start with... but as always never judge a book by its cover. He did change a bit after i took my coat off and saw what attire i had on... but at that point it was too late.

P. S.Visited this store on Sunday initially, looking for a specific polo shirt. I asked a member of staff if they had my size, was told no everything is on display as there was a sale and they couldn’t order it for me ! The top wasn’t available online so I rang customer services and was told the shop had one there, same sales assistant said they hadn’t ! I rang today and spoke to a member of staff called Paddy who actually went to look and found the top and called me back straightaway. The 5 stars are for Paddy for actually making the effort, other members of staff there should follow Paddy’s example

Better to shop here than Selfridges as it's more personalized and a better calmer atmosphere to browse.
