Ellie in the Birmingham branch was outstanding with her expertise of knowledge of bras. I came to the shop for a treat( first time) cause since September 2021 I had been on a mission to eat and exercise healthier so I had lost 5kg and needed a new bra to be uplifted! I also had help with some briefs and Ellie was so helpful she got ones with to hold tummy in.Brilliant I tried Clara,Millie,bras and an Envy high-waisted brief As I'm on a mission to loose a stone I will be back probably several times Apparently I had just missed out on some offers Thanks Ellie for your patience and support and have a Happy Christmas and see you in the new year Carol Jones

My first visit to their store on Cannon street, I was served by Laura. After explaining exactly what I needed and the occasion, she bought me a varied selection to meet my requirements. Unfortunately I left without a purchase as time was short but she kindly wrote down all the details of each bra so I could make a decision later. I lost the paper so ordered what I thought were the correct ones to store so I could exchange if necessary straight away. This time I was served by Jade on the ground floor and Eileen in the basement fitting rooms. All three store assistants were professional, very polite, helpful, informative, patient, discreet and respectful. The store itself is well lit, the fitting rooms nicely sized and the waiting area is comfortable. There was a small sale section but a good variety of other underwear reasonably priced.

Absolutely amazing shop with great service despite being sort staffed. I was on a short time schedule as was leaving Birmingham to head home in a couple hours so went in on a whim hoping to get fitted as my nearest shop is quite a way away and was fitted by a lovely lady called Anne. She made me feel great and got everything sorted for me, recommending fits and different bras as M&S's bra fitting really hadn't been helpful! Would definitely make the trip again and recommend to anyone, including the slightly smaller or larger lady! One of the only places I could find who stocked a 28 back size as well as a 40! There was even a waiting area for my boyfriend to sit in rather than going out to costa! Amazing shop all round, thank you!

I recently went into bravissimo after having a bad experience with a fitting appointment at Mark's and Spencer, I was a little upset from the experience and explained what had happened to the shop assistants. They were so kind and understanding and managed to slot me in for a fitting, the assistant was professional, discreet and found exactly what I was looking for straight away. Would 100% recommend, especially for plus size ladies.

I wish I could rate this higher, had the most fabulous experience getting fitted and trying on different styles. Nyah my fitter was so lovely and helpful, put me immediately at ease and had fun in the process. Also Jade who I spoke to when I walked in was so lovely and welcoming. I went into Birmingham store yesterday looking for a racer back bra in a colour other than black or white. I asked if I could be fitted today as I hadn’t been measured for a year. Despite only walking in they fitted me in and I was given farah as my fitter. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to her for not only making me feel fabulous but going out of her way to make me feel comfortable. We tried out a number of styles and she even brought me in some other styles that she believed would suit my shape. We went up and down sizes and she found me a perfect orange bra. I came into Birmingham from London on Thursday for a lash event, whilst frantically realising I didn’t have a bra to go with the outfit! I spent a while trying to get an appointment and had a bad experience at a local department store an hour prior, Amrit was very helpful in putting me at ease and able to get me a same day fitting!!! This is pretty non existent within the London store so was overly grateful to have been seen on the day with very little wait time. Farah was absolutely phenomenal and made me feel very comfortable, after going through a terrible experience a few hours earlier, I was fitted and out in no time feeling like a brand new woman. Ellie was so lovely at the front desk and made sure everything was good for me to go before I left, absolutely phenomenal customer experience — admiration is a word that comes to mind. Thank you all for making me feel good again! So happy to find my new size and will definitely pop back in should I ever be in town! Assya x

First time visiting the shop and was really impressed by the customer service, quality of the products and the range that was in stock. I had phoned a few days before to make sure they had the type of bras I was looking for, in my size, in stock because so many shops seem to only offer them online. They assured me they had plenty so I made the hour long journey. I was not disappointed. I was quickly booked in for a fitting with the most lovely lady. The fitting took almost a hour to make sure I had tried on pretty much every bra within the category I was after. Nothing was too much trouble. I came out buying four bras, one of which wasn't in stock (in the colour I wanted) so they arranged delivery for it to arrive at my house a couple of days later. I have been wearing these new bras for a few days now and can honestly say I've never been so comfy. The fit is amazing and I feel so confident. I can't wait to go back to this shop, I won't buy directly online because I've seen how the fit can be so different with different brands and styles. I'd much prefer to have them all fitted in store knowing how comfortable I'll be wearing them. Best customer service I've experienced in years!! Oh and really good prices too!!

Excellent. Just popped in to see if I could be measured without appointment. I could and was introduced to Charlotte who was excellent from sizing and finding great fitting bra. So pleased was I with the purchase I had to buy and wear. I will definitely be visiting again soon to start my new bra size collection. Great fitting bras and really friendly staff to fit you or offer any other help you need. Not the cheapest in the world but well worth it for the comfort and fit. Also have a good range of stock, so if they don't have your size on the shelf they often do in the stock room.

Excellent service from all the staff. Amy at the Birmingham store really made me feel comfortable, I spent 2 hours trying on many different bras, the lady stayed with me the whole time. She helped me try bras on, gave me privacy to change bras myself then came back in. Got me all types of bras to try on that were suited to my chest. Even got me a top to try bras on with. I have not been for a bra fitting for years so wanted it to be a good experience and did not want to be rushed, or be made to feel uncomfortable, I can honestly say they gave me a good experience and I will be shopping here for all future bras. Price is decent as well. They don’t measure you up, its actually better as they look at you in the bra you are in and then bring you bras depending on how the current bra fits you so its better then just being measured, we tried lots of bras & styles on, this is better service then just being measured. Thankyou for your excellent service today as I was a bit nervous as have not been for a fitting for years but your reviews were great that I just had to try it myself as had a feeling it be a great experience.

Always a pleasure to visit Bravissimo Birmingham. By far the best lingerie shop anywhere. The range of clothes, bras and swimwear are fantastic. Great service but the selection and display are not great. I would like to just pick things off the rack and try them on, but you often have to ask staff to find you stuff in their store room downstairs in your size. It is also quite pricey, though if you find a good product they last and are worth the money.

Brought my wife to Bravissimo to get a few bras fitted at the Solihull branch and not through the fault of staff or her own she was given and bought 3 bras that ended up hurting her. She wore one of them, and the other two were unworn. We visited the Birmingham branch that more than reedemed the whole situation by replacing all bras. Great customer service by Kat!

Bravissimo in general has to be one of the best places to spend your money anyway but this store is NEXT LEVEL! It's been fitted out amazingly, the changing rooms are an absolute dream and the staff are incredible (especially Eileen!). Usually bra shopping can be an upsetting affair but Eileen gave some very solid advice, was very understanding and I came out with two new bras and a big smile. Would happily spend a bit more for the service and better quality product, no question about it!

Wonderful ,professional Laura fitted this 55 yr old woman who had her last fitting in her 20s with the" wow" factor. I was nervous about the whole experience as didn't think a bra could be found for me, having always shopped online and having to be content with one and sending the other back ..or going to M&S and never finding a bra in my (incorrect, as it happens!) size.I have a large bust and ended up with a bra that made me look younger and with better posture according to my daughter.(bought it in two colours..plus a sports bra.)They have a stock room with literally THOUSANDS of bras.which I found just fantastic. and a private changing cubicle where your fitter keeps on trying you with different styles and makes.so .ladies, they will have one for you too.!. ..Laura brought I think, 30 in in the end for me to try on.. An uplifting experience in every way!

Staff in all bravissimo stores are what really set them apart from other high street retailers. Friendly, know their stock inside out, no embarrassing conversations, happy to give loads of advice and guidance or leave you to browse. Average price of a bra is about £30 across most of their ranges.

Honestly you can't find a better lingerie shop than this! Great products, service and price. This is the only place I go for my bras now! Not to mention you can donate your old ones as well as getting points for bras. 1 point for 1 bra. Once you have 10 you get a free one!
