Saw an advertisement online about discounted shirts from this store. My birthday was approaching and I fancied a new shirt so I thought why not. I order the shirt online and was given speedy and greatly delivered correspondence via email, with a date to come and pick up my shirt in store. When I went to grab my shirt I was dealt with in a very professional Manor by the gentleman who were working that day and collected my shirt with no issues. Whilst in-store I got to see the shear quality of the merchandise in store and was bissing to try my shirt on at home. When I got home I wasn't disappointed and believe I have had an absolute bargain purchasing this item for its marked down price. It looks good feels great and has to be a favorite of mine. I will definitely be back in the future. I really rate this place highly get down there now!!!

Excellent place here, lovely atmosphere with a non pressure to buy experience. I was served by a lovely lady called Rebecca who helped me find my correct size. After trying a good few shirt sizes I found one that was comfortable for me. Amit was very good and Ann who served me. She pulled out a good variety of shirt types which I chose from which was very helpful. She also told me they did a NHS discount of 25% off which I didn’t know about and is excellent. Shirts are very good quality and I was overall very pleased with my experience. Will be returning in the future. Thanks!

I popped into this branch 2 days ago for the first time, I love the smart shirts on display and decided to take a plunge. I was served by Simon. Simon was approachable, knowledgeable and patient with me. He offered excellent service, went through different types of materials, options and ranges when it came to shirts. Simon even offered to measure me, and asked me to try on a few shirts to see which fit best. In the end, I ended up buying 4 shirts as they had the multi-buy offer at £129. I took a quick peek at the suits upstairs, I walked around for a bit, showed interest that I was looking for a suit, but no staff members on hand to assist, so I popped back down and decided to pay for the shirts and leave. Whilst Simon was scanning the shirts and ringing it up on the till, I changed my mind on a colour and asked if he could change one of the shirts for me, which he did. Simon then put all the items in an unbranded white paper bag, rather than give me a branded Charles Tyrwhitt bag. I don't know if this was down to me being a pain in changing my mind and giving him the run around, or if I'm not the right audience/demographic to be advertising that I've just shopped at Charles Tyrwhitt. Slightly disappointed to be honest, I was proud of the purchase, but not happy to walk out with a generic bag with my smart expensive shirts. Some may think it's only a bag, to me, it is part of the shopping experience, and it counts. 2 stars knocked off - lack of service in the suits department and the shopping bag.

Have visited this store a few times over the last 4 years. Always a pleasant experience and well looked after by staff delivering a personal service. Shirts fit great and trousers can be taken in as required using their local partners. Never feel rushed even approaching closing time On my most recent visit I was seen to by Richard and Tahrima. Excellent service deserving recognition.

Charles Tyrwhitt have be a constant in my life for quite a few years.I have bought my shirts from this firm on line in the past,they are fantastic quality. The shop it's self has allowed me get sized properly and take advantage of all the other fab clothes. There are always lots of friendly knowledgeable staff ready to help. Also if it's not in store it can be ordered and sent to your house.

Beautiful store with a large selection of quality shirts and jumpers. The interior is stunning and is set over two floors. Staff extremely helpful and gave us a lot of assistance on the offers available and good knowledge of all products. They were able to recommend a good shirt and gave us several to try on.

After searching round Birmingham for a good shirt and being disappointed by a lot of shops I went to Charles Tyrwhitt and got excellent service from the staff there. They measured me up and let me try on sizing shirts to ensure a perfect fit before ordering my rather specific sizing to be delivered to my house free of charge. You get what you pay for and the service was excellent.

Excellent customer service from Peter! My son and I walked into the store yesterday and was greeted by Peter. He was very welcoming and after asking about shirts he took my son's measurement and immediately knew what shirts he would be interested in. Peter was very knowledgeable and even educated my son and I on the differences in shirts. He was very pleasant and polite and had time for us. Excellent service and would definitely recommend him!
