Impressed both by product and service. I ordered a 3-piece tweed suit for a wedding. The fit and cut was very good, I know some if brands make the cut look much better than it really is but the suit had a good slim fit. The trousers were too small on the waist, I have never had to order a larger size from any brand before so I'm guessing Cavani sizes them differently. I'd recommend ordering a waist size up for the trousers. Unfortunately they didn't have the size up in stock and as I ordered the suit as a set, I contacted them about just returning the trousers. They were very helpful, I was able to return them very easily and get refunded. I managed to get the size up trousers from another retailer. Of course the materials are not the most expensive but you don't need that for occasion suits and honestly the look and feel of them is high quality, I'm confident it will last well. The pin and chain accessories included were nice extra touches, even if they were different colour metals.

Went in to change the trousers on my fiancé suit. Saw a tie on display that had low stock and the lovely lady Harvey looked all over to find it for us. They let us open and try multiple shirts and were very friendly and helpful. Over all a very pleasant experience.

I have to say after a slow start, Michael the store manager was excellent in helping my brother in finding a wedding suit for his big day in 2 weeks time. We provided him with a picture of the the dress of the bride and he provided us with a few recommendations, and we more or less chose the first one which was current with a stylish, classic look. He was helpful throughout and he was very attentive and continued to ask my brother around how the suit and requested that he tried the full size on and how he felt in a three piece suit and provided the relevant size that was comfortable and looked good. He was able to advise in relation to accessorises. Very friendly and I would highly recommend for someone looking for a quality suit.

Ordered a 3 piece suit from here. Absolutely loved the quality of it, except the waist coat was missing 2 buttons. So, I emailed them and they were very apologetic and MORE than happy to help. Needed to buy a regular fitting suit for my son (skinny fit not a option) This company has the best customer service.They are so happy to help in anyway they can.I called them with my sons measurements and they worked hard to aid me to find the right fit.They even sent me a second suit free of charge just for sizing.And it's refreshing to find postage and returns so quick and free of charge. Especially when getting the right fit is so important. Their boys three pieces suits are well made and designed with flair.At a great price point that is well worth it. Awesome experience! I had an afternoon appointment with Michael who was excellent. I needed a new suit and came across this place. I was fitted by a lady called Louise and she definitely knew her stuff. I ended up buying 2 suits, 2 pairs of shoes, 4 shirts, a tie set and a pin flower. One of the suits I bought was definitely out of my comfort zone but I trusted Louise's advice and everyone loves me in it. I want to say that house of Cavani offer an exceptional service and exceptional quality clothing. I was after a 3 piece Navy Tweed suit with a penny collar shirt. I googled and found house of Cavani. Their site is easy to use and I was able to find the exact suit I was looking for and also another suit I will be buying in the future. I called the number on the website to ensure I was able to get the size I was after before ordering online and to ensure the item was coming from the uk. The call was answered straight away and was told my suit and shirt would be coming from Birmingham where the company is based. I made my order online yesterday at around 1200hrs and it arrived today at 1300hrs, so I am extremely impressed by this quick service. I thought that I was going to have to settle on quality due to the low price of the items but I have been pleasantly surprised! The items arrived perfectly packaged in a box and each item in its own selephane bag. Each item is great quality, the lining and stitching on the suit is as good as my £500 suit and fits perfect. (I ordered a 44” chest and 34” waist) I will be 100% ordering from them again and again. Thank you!! 😊

BIG SHOUT OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICES!! I returned a suit for exchange on 6th Nov with free postage and packaging returns. I contacted them via Facebook (18/11) for them to confirm they hasn’t yet received it. I was obviously upset as I’d ordered this as a wedding suit for my husband to be. They were very professional and just asked for receipt I’d received from post office. As soon as I sent picture they said my new suit would be out in the post the next day. Today (19/11) they sent a message to say new suit was packaged and been shipped out this afternoon. Helped keep a stressed bride to be from turning into a bridezilla!! So glad I found the place on facebook. Ordered a gorgeous three piece suite for a wedding it was in the sale and reduced down to £99. The suit was a little small so sent it back with the free return option and ordered the next size up. This arrived back to me only two days later. I'm getting married in a little over two weeks, and she and Cavani went above and beyond by doing the following: > going out of her way to find out if they could expedite the shipping > due to the size of my order, they got me great pricing on the shipping > when a pair of pants were unable to be found in one size, rather than delay a few days, Millie quickly reached out with options and the suits were shipped the same day. > when the complications of import duties and taxes caused the shipping to be impacted, the company didn't hesitate to help out with the inconvenience. > all of the suits fit incredibly, are high quality, and look even better. I think most impressive of all, I'm in the Eastern time zone, yet Millie was able to seamlessly communicate in a timely fashion. The service was friendly, helpful, and prompt. I don't know if you could ask for much more.

Went to the showroom with my groomsman where Millie helped us all get my groomsman sorted out, bringing out near enough every blazer in their showroom for us to try on. Even when I didn’t order the blazers straight away and they did not appear on the website she still went and found those blazers in their stockroom and told me I would still be able to order them. Made an appointment to come in to buy a suit for a Peaky Blinders event. Michael could not have been more helpful or given more attention. He gave space when it was needed and advice when I was stuck, even offered to take photos so I could see different angles. Didn't rush me at all, I was there for a long time! However make no mistake, it's made in China, the pants are very tight (despite the fact that I took 2 sizes above) and much too long for a human being. (plan a sacred hem) The jacket is pretty well cut. Small flats also for the vest, it came with a button less. Rather good but quite surprised with the quality "passable" not to say mediocre view the price and the comments. To see in the long term and with another suit can be. (Original) Plutôt satisfait du style et de la couleur. Cependant ne vous y trompez pas, c'est du made in China, le pantalon est très serré (malgré le fait que j'ai pris 2 tailles au dessus) et beaucoup trop longs pour un être humain. (prévoyez un sacré ourlet). La veste est plutôt bien taillé. Petit bémols aussi pour le gilet, il est arrivé avec un bouton en moins. Plutôt bon mais assez surpris de la qualité "passable" pour pas dire médiocre vue le prix et les commentaires. A voir dans la durée et avec un autre costume peut être.
