Even after I placed my order, they kept in touch via what’s app and let me make tweaks and changes. They helped me make decisions on the changes with their recommendations and always replied quickly. We have shopped at Kiran's on various occasions now for all our close family functions over years and we are always blown away by the service here! They have the most beautiful pieces that are excellent quality and can be made to measure. Kiran and all the staff can never do enough for you...they listen/offer advice. We recently ordered a few one off outfits from them including our sisters bridal outfits and all were everything we envisioned! We have bought outfits "off the hanger" in store as well as made to measure outfits. They always ensure you are happy with the fit before you leave with a big smile(all have come on time too)! A Bridal dream!! I can’t find a single fault with my experience at Kiran’s! I only had 3 months to plan my wedding and I had gone shopping without any expectations and had found my dream lehenga at Kiran’s! Ive had an amazing experience at Kirans - from initially trying on and choosing a style to ordering the dress - all staff were so patient and lovely. They made the whole experience very easy and stress free. Nazreen was amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. When I custom ordered the dress - I had asked for numerous alterations such as a round neckline, full length sleeves and a different shade of colour and it all came together so well when it arrived and it looked amazing. The quality of kirans is amazing. I picked up my custom dress after 2 months and it was the best experience - completely stress free. I also went to many bridal stores in birmingham and kirans isn’t just the best on soho road but is the best in all of birmingham because you have such a personalised experience. You don’t feel like you’re being rushed out the door or that you’re being too picky or indecisive. 10/10. Go to kirans if you’re a bride ❤️

This place is absolutely AMAZING! They are helpful, kind, caring, and so so sweet!! I randomly came in without an appointment on the 15th of January and said that I have come from London hoping to find my bridal outfit, and I have heard such great things about Kiran's so I really wanted to come here.... They asked my wedding date, and when I told them it is on the 24th of April this year, they literally sent me straight through, without an appointment, and had 4 staff members helping me, showing me outfits, and asking what I was looking for... I literally felt like royalty... The lovely young girl who took my measurements for my outfit was so thorough and precise, I have never had an outfit made so accurately! (I am terrible with names 🤦🏽‍♀️ but Kiran the owner knows who she was) They were AMAZING!! Before I left I chose and ordered my outfit, and the lovely staff members helped me to choose matching jewellery and order that too... After placing my order Kiran herself told me that my outfit would be ready the first week of April, but they will process it as urgent so that I have plenty of time if I need any alterations or anything once it arrives.... I went today to collect my outfit (almost 3 weeks earlier than I thought I would get it) and I am SO SO SO HAPPY that I cannot even describe how happy I am!! The fitting was perfect, the quality of the outfit was amazing! the colour was exactly as I imagined... I could go on and on and on about how amazing the quality of the outfit and jewellery are and how sweet and amazing the staff all are!! I will definitely be sending photos of me in the outfit and jewellery on the wedding day! And I will 100% be coming back here for outfits for all future functions! I absolutely loved my experience here! Could not recommend Kirans highly enough! the level of quality and service is second to none. Sukh’s (Director of Menswear) knowledge and passion for sherwani’s and the full groom look is immediately evident once you have your first consultation. Once this process begins the service is fantastic with regular updates and once the sherwani and jewellery came (earlier than scheduled) the fitting process was amazing. After tirelessly wondering Soho Road for a wedding Sherwani, I found myself at Kiran’s. I had no idea what design I was looking for, or even how to coordinate anything, all I had was the colour that was given to me by my OH. Sukh approached me and showed me a few pieces. I was honestly really impressed with the variety of Sherwani’s they had in Kiran’s! Sukh was the first one to really help me understand what I needed, and worked with me to gain a better understanding of my style, and the look I wanted to achieve. He was very patient. I felt I was in great hands after endlessly hearing “Any colour, any size, we can make it” in other places all around the UK without any real knowledge or expertise. The service here is unmatched. Everyone is extremely friendly and I would highly recommend Kiran’s. The after service is also amazing, and I felt at peace knowing everything has been delivered to me in the way they laid out my expectations and on time.

This place is epic. Kirans makes buying an Indian outfit easy. I wanted a reception outfit which was modern and a quirky maiya outfit. Kiran heard me and brought the most beautiful cream pearly reception lengha with art deco vibes and a unique yellow trouser saree. Everyone loved both looks. Kiran spoke perfect English (my Punjabi is embarassing) and uncle and the whole staff were polite, engaged my family with warmth and were all so attentive. No one was pushy at all and was even encouraged to think about it. So we went for a walk, drank some chai, came back and brought both outfits, with card ;). I prefer Kirans because it's not the typical stressful indian outfit buying experience. No one is pushy, everyone is very professional, interior is lovely with comfortable seating, fitting is done to perfection and most important to me is that the outfits were ready to pick up on time. Zero stress. The only real problem is getting FOMO, seeing all the beautiful peices makes you want to add more days to your wedding event just to wear more outfits 😜 From the bottom of my heart thank you Kiran Auntiji, Uncleji and Navvy. I bought my wedding sherwani from Kiran’s and I was very impressed, communication was great throughout. I dealt with Sukh and expressed what I wanted and the intricate detailing for my sherwani, I further wanted a specific detailed boarder around my scarf. Sukh absolutely smashed it and got it spot on, I commend him for his patience and professionalism. Sukh took all the pressure off me as he literally provided the full-service head to toe. After confirming my sherwani, Sukh sourced my pagh, all specific accessories to match my sherwani i.e., neckless, kalgi, kirpan, etc throughout to footwear. I was literally headache free and didn’t need to run around other shops. The sherwani looked exceptional on the wedding day. I cannot speak highly enough of Kiran’s and the five-star service I received. Would definitely return! I needed an outfit for my brother's wedding, it's the outfit for the wedding day, so it had to be perfect.. Looked around Soho Rd, couldn't find anything suitable until I went here. Unfortunately they didn't have it in my size so they had one made after taking measurements. I gave them a deadline and the outfit was ready before the date, minor tweaks needed to be made but it was done there and then. They do ladies and gents outfits for all occasions including accessories, the staff are all friendly, approachable and professional.

I went to Kirans to shop for my bridal lengha. I explained what I wanted and Nisha showed me some great options. Once I picked what I wanted, both Kiran and Nisha were great in helping me achieve the look I had in mind. My lengha arrived on time and as a stressed out bride going through two lockdowns and changing my wedding date, they were so lovely, helpful and very reassuring. Once I finally got to try my lengha on, it looked amazing and just as I’d pictured. Kiran and Nisha both helped through the alteration process to make sure the lengha fitted just as I wanted. Can not recommend highly enough, I came to Kiran’s looking for a Sherwani. I dealt with Sukh who went above and beyond to give me the outfit I wanted. He helped me design the sherwani, let me choose from a variety of fabrics. I ended up with a blue velvet with gold embroidery finish. I was really impressed with the finish and tailoring. The final product was exactly how I wished and the finish was beautiful, the stone work glistens beautifully. Auntie and the team were so easy to talk to and when I explained what I was looking for were able to help me plan an outfit. After ordering my bridal dress my new family(my mother in-law and family )also took me to kirans to order a second outfit for the melni day and again the service was exceptional. I choose Kirans for my wedding sherwani which was tailored to my taste. I have to say they exceeding my expectations when it came to customer service, i was soo well looked aftered by the young gentleman who was looking after me and had very good input by the rest of the Kirans team. My sherwani was made in plenty of time and i only had to return once which was a final fittings. I had no experience in purchasing sherwani's or had no clue in terms of what to go for with my wedding outfit. But with the professional and wonderful help from the Kirans team i was able to pick the right outfit which complemented my wifes lengah. Please do not get this place confused with Karans a few doors down, who are so rude and would not know customer service if it slapped them in the face. She spent 5 hours with me, helping me choose my outfits letting me try them on without hesitation. They are amazing, I cannot recommend them enough.

Best bridal house on Soho Road. My sister, mother and myself have all purchased items from here and if I could give the shop a higher rating I would. Quality of the pieces, professionalism, customer service and level of workmanship is second to none. The whole team have made such an effort to get to know us and treat us like royalty whenever we visit. Just today, my mom decided she wanted to alter a suit she had purchased from Kiran's a few weeks ago, we attended and the staff were able to complete the tailoring in less than an hour. No rolling of eyes because we wanted our outfits altered (take note Kapoor Sahib on Soho Road), no demands for more money for extra tailoring (take more notes Kapoor Sahib on Soho Road).The pieces are all truly stunning and I end up finding something I like every time I visit. As for the other bad reviews all I can say is that the owner of Kiran's is Kiran, a female. So the reviews referring to a male owner are not applicable to this shop. As with buying anything, I urge you all to use your discretion but in my experience (talking to friends and family) a lot of people have being getting KARAN'S and KIRAN'S mixed up. Kiran's is a five star business. These people have integrity and truly care about your wedding. As for Karan's and the associated Kapoor Sahib....well go in and take a look for yourself. The only place i'll be buying my pieces from in future!

Best in birmingham by far!!! Customer service in excellent, all the staff are soo helpful and Kiran's vision and advice for how to change up an outfit is always spot on. Its not easy to find a designer that has an eye for fitting, colour and style on different body shapes but she manages to get it right every time. You can also match your jewellery at Kyles which they have in-store. I only go to Kirans and would recommend anyone who is looking for a special outfit to go and see what they have.
