I am glad they have opened a branch in the bullring saves me getting cold walking to the other one. I do like the clothes and at Levi and I shop here probably every four to six months, so it's nice that when I come in the staff actually recognise me👍 The staff are most helpful and friendly top marks. My only wish is that they stocked a fuller range.🤓

It was my 1st time shopping in Levi's. I came out with 4 pairs of jeans which fitted perfectly. The staff are so helpful and they really made me feel welcome. It's great to know that there's an alteration service available too, which I think is free. Joel provided excellent customer service, thank you! This store has set a benchmark for quality clothes and customer service. I'm glad I came to this shop. Excellent location, can't praise this store enough.

Visited this shop last month. Was a very hot day and the air con was welcome to try some jeans on. Had an idea the style and fit I wanted. Monty and Joel very helpful and got me the exact ones and size. It is a little pricey but you’re paying for genuine Levi’s to give many years of service hopefully. Will visit again soon for a pair in stonewash Recommended

Lovely service to start with, our consultant couldn’t have been more accommodating, we tried on several pairs of jeans looking for the right fit, even though we asked for a particular style right at the beginning, which was not available at this particular store. So severally pairs later as we were still unhappy with the fit of the jeans, we mentioned that we wanted to try the original design, this was at another store but still a Levi jean, at this points we felt completely isolated, as if all the consultants suddenly realised that they weren’t going to put through a sale. We did look at the original style at another store and didn’t like the look and would have gone back to the Levi store in the bullring but not after their dismissive attitude
