Today, in my desperate quest to buy a business suit for a photo shoot, I arrived on New Street, where I can say that I had the opportunity to be dressed by 𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 𝑳𝒖𝒌𝒆 himself (the designer of the royal family and all investors and Broad Street bankers. After I told him what I wanted, he looked at me and said, “𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝒂 𝒔𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝒙 𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒓𝒕, 𝒔𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝒙 𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒔, 𝒔𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝒙 𝒋𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒕. 𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒏, 𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒂 𝒔𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒓 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒍 𝑰 𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒕𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖. " For the next 10 minutes I was dressed as in the picture below. I didn't know what was right for me, I just came up with the idea that I needed a suit for a business shooting. I don't even know the right measures for me. Instead, 𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 put all his experience as a fashionista and turned me into what you can see in the picture below. I adore this man, he took me almost 800 pounds with a smile on his face and made me pay him with the same smile. 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒎𝒚 𝒂𝒅𝒎𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒎. I wanted to take a picture with him, but for contractual reasons it was not possible, but I tell you that he looks different as a man, he is the man you notice from a lot of hundreds of people, and those who came to know him and were dressed by him, they know what I'm talking about. You can let him do the work for you and I 𝒈𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒆 that you’ll be more than happy. 𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭.

Would like to say a big thank you to John for making my wedding even better by dressing me in the perfect suit. When we went in there I told John what I was looking for and he told me straight away, I'll make you look better then that, and without question he did. He knew mine and my best man's sizes just by looking at us and managed to get our suits different but perfectly compliant each other. I didn't let my wife see the suit till she saw me on the day, and by the look on her face, it was definitely the perfect suit. John is an amazing bloke and anyone looking for a suit should come to moss bros and allow John to work his magic. He made me feel a million dollars in the suit and made me want to wear more so will definitely be coming back so John can work some more of his magic, thanks John.

Went in, the gentleman that served me said his name was terry or tony (long hair and glorious goatee) - even though the till receipt said my servers name was John) absolutely friendly man, couldn’t be happier to help. Bless him he had to run up to the store room a couple times for me which wasn’t an issue to him. He was happy to order me a waistcoat in my size and deliver it to my house. We had a friendly chat about my place of work too (the belfry). When typing in my address he quickly realised I was a gamer, due to how fast I was typing. His services deserved a tip from me, which he didn’t think I should do, but my industry exceptional service gets you tips. Highly recommend for suits.

I had been toying with the idea if a new suit for some time when time and occasion bought me into Birmingham, so I popped into Moss Bros on the off chance little knowing what was awaiting me - the Genius that is John Luke (also little knowing that there is a 3 month waiting list to see him). Within minutes, he had me sized (by eye), understood what I was looking for and in a changing room where he then 'dressed me'. At one point, I went to ask him for some dress shoes as I had boots with me to find he had already selected the ones I wanted and handed them to me with the wonderful comment of "there is no way I am letting you try this on with the wrong shoes" John provided me with what i wanted - Suit, Shoes and Overcoat and then his genius decided that I also needed Tie, Scarf and Pocket square to finish the look off. He was right. Thanks to Moss Bros and to John for seeing that I came away with not only what I wanted but also what I needed

I was looking for a suit to attend my sister’s wedding and John helped me out massively. As soon as I walked in, he knew my measurements before even I did and picked out a fantastic suit for me. I also asked for his advice on a colour tie and new shoes to go along with it and he picked out some class options which I was really happy with. John is a really friendly guy who went above and beyond to even take time out to do a Windsor knot for my tie ready for the wedding and he showed me how to best use a pocket square. I highly recommend visiting Moss Bros as John really cares about how his customers look and he will help find the best outfit for you.

Just had the most brilliant shopping experience at Moss Bros, picking up a suit for a funeral. I just wanted to express my thanks to John. The words 'legend', 'wizard', and 'genius' are thrown about far too easily these days, but in this case, they perhaps don't go far enough. Not only did John measure me by eye with hyper-accurate precision, but his manner, grace, and charm were infectious. Not only is he a credit to Moss Bros, but he is a credit to humanity - I wish there were more people out there like John! I'll be back soon the next time I'm in need of some formal gear, for sure!

Walked in to Moss Bros for a suit for my daughters wedding and was kindly greeted by John Luke. He is a highly knowledgeable guy, who you can see has years of experience within his work. He looked at me once and knew my exact measurements from my collar size down to my shoe size. I was originally looking at a light beige colour suit and he knew in his head that it wouldn’t work against my hair colour, his colour combinations worked perfectly. John is such a great guy outside of his work, so lovely to talk to and made us feel like we were the only ones in the shop!
