Reviews of Primark

Welcome to the biggest Primark in the world over 4/5 floors of mayhem, they have everything you need and more, two cafes one was Disney the even had a barber shop for the lads. Including a beauty shop for the for the ladies and men. The Disney cafe was exclusive. The even have boyfriend/husband corners sofas excellent to have.
Is a must to visit to see what the fuss all about.
E. B.
WOW, AMAZING, HUGE, MUST VISIT.
What can I say about this store?
Well I knew that this store was big, but I didn't expect it, to be as big as it was and all the extra things and places.
There is a cafe, a Disney cafe, a barbers, a beauty salon and even "boyfriend/husband sofas" in corners of the floors.
Spread over 5 levels, there is men's sections, 2 floors of women's clothes, a baby and children's floor and then the top floor there is a huge home section and relaxation area, stocking yoga items and much more.
Was very busy, but didn't feel over crowded.
As you would expect from Primark, there are long queues when you get to the till, even if all the tills are manned.
Definitely worth a visit.

Visited Primark High Street Branch Birmingham. Everything was well placed. They got got good new variety in Mens & Kid Section this week plus their Price Reduction on several items like hoodies, Shirts, sweatShirts are really nice. I bought a couple of hoodies and sweatshirts in absolute Bargain their original Prices was £15 & £20. But i got it in £5 so massive reduction. So go & Grab the Bargains Specially Check their Reduction On every Floor in Every Section. Hope this reviews will give the better position of how to do shopping at Primark.

Amazing shopping experience. . Cheapest store and having lots of varieties form men's and women's. Very affordable prices of all the products which are available in Primark. Lots of winter collection is now around because of winter getting started in couple of days.
M. O.
This Greggs is a great addition to Primark's flagship store. Tasty filling food great value for money and this new stylish Greggs also has plenty of seating. Loved it.
O. E.
Busy place :) this place on the main stretch of stores very and lots of people walking around. Not been to the area for quiet sometime and was definitely good to get out, not much shopping done but plenty of walking and sightseeing around the city. Worth the visit.
A. H.
It was really nice... they had a huge variety of clothes for all. Visited the Disney Cafe too and the interior was nice
A. C.
We all know the kind of fashion they sell. This review is more from the point of view of customer experience. I feel like they need more staff since they are so busy all the time. It is always a nightmare queuing to pay for your items. The store itself has a lot to offer including a nice coffee shop in the top floor.
D. H.
As always, good value for money. Very helpful staff. Toilets were clean and tidy on all our visits. The Restaurant could be improved by adding more choices of food.
N.
5 floors. Staff very smiley and helpful. Cafe was reasonably priced. Don't order the cronuts. They were hard and stale. Lord knows how they keep a straight face taking your money for something you wouldn't feed to a pig.
L. M.
Very big full of interesting things.
Great it has a Greg's inside to grab refreshments. You can even buy Greg's nerchandise there to.
4 floors if wall to wall fashion etc.
Highly suggest using Park and Ride to get into city centre though.
N. K.
Once you manage to find your way around, be prepared to deal with the most strange system - basic mixed underwear packs are all stocked up in sizes XS or XXL in all ranges. Really, folks come on; you need to review stock carefully, and a range of sizes should be readily available on the racks. You can't find staff in this maze either! Very off-putting.
Z. 8.
😷 Constraints are relaxed for shopping 🛍 HOPEFULLY consumers shall CONSIDER others and always wear a face covering ❤ GREAT PRODUCT & PRICES in a FAMILY FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE ●
👨 There is always more females than males but men can also shop around inside they could be in for a surprise and actually find something special as a gift 🎁or suitable casual clothing for the current climate 🌦 🌂
s. J.
Nice shop good lay out. Only thing is sizing. I brought two jeans the same size. One fitted perfect with some room to love about it other pair couldn't even get past my knees and they were both same size was well gutted as wanted to qear them next day x
J. I. S.
Wonderful Mall with huge variety for shopping in Birmingham. It has plenty of Brands with economical prices.
30-12-2021
S. Y.
Good variety of products. Price is reasonable. However went in due to black Friday sales and not much to offer. Considering they don't have a online site they didn't have a maternity section except for a small rail of pyjamas.
J. N. A. P.
The home section was really nice, managed to pick up some lovely gems.
M.
Well probably the cheapest shopping store in the Uk/Eu. You name the thing and you will find it here. The specific Birmingham city centre primark is one of their flagship store that is massive, just huge. Probably 4 to 5 five floors and every floor is massive and has tons od variety of clothes from todlers to teens to adults and so on. Mens women all dressing available from formal wear to casual, joggers, sleeping suits pjs to all sorts of undergarments for men and women. Not just clothing but you will find a lot lot more. Has a complete floor and section of Primark Home where you can get all basics of every home. Shoes, sandals, flip-flops, slider and all sorts of footwear are available and again all in a pretty reasonable price. Staff is great, very helpful and polite. The infrastructure and the interior is very trendy and beautiful. Situated right in the middle if city centre and can find it easily. Now if we talk about the quality , well obviously we are not expecting high-end quality in minimal price but, average things last couple of seasons but the good ones last longer. Over all its all worth it.
C. R.
It's an amazing store it's got everything even a cafe and a Disney themed cafe. It can be a bit harder with things in this store due to how big it is. But overall I would definitely recommend a visit to this store.
F. S.
Best Primark I've ever been too. Disney Cafe was certainly impressive and the size of the store is incredible. Perfect shop.
J. B.
Well we went here after hearing it was the biggest in Europe or somat , but yes it might have a Gregg's and a cafe and you can get your hair done but for actual shopping I would say Hanley's is a better store on less floors with the same amount or actually more selection , although may I add I was only there because my partner likes Primark I personally haven't ever bought any clothes from there
S. K. P.
Nice and big, easy to see and find things. People need to respect that retail is a difficult job. So I appreciate the hard working staff.
d. w.
Positive: I'd almost say this store is TOO big lol. Always bargains to find and it's rare I come out empty handed. Hard not to find something for everyone. And my daughter is addicted to there blankets.
Negative: Kinda disappointed the Harry Potter section got removed and the pyjama section seems to keep getting a bit more and more expensive. I ended up going to M&S and buying two pairs of really nice pyjama bottoms for £20 for the two. Instead of £14 for one pair in primark???
M. l. t.
Got my kids shopping done .but took me 5 hours admin and match sections are ridiculous spaced far away and u need to run across the floors to get the matching or contrast .I prefer more maniquin display so customer can give better idea what piece of clothing to get and from where
A. V.
I absolutely loved this store, the best Primark I have been to so far! 5 floors, a cafe, even customise your own T shirts. I could spend hours here... Infact, I did spend hours there! 🤣
S. M.
This is an impressively big store. It is so big you sort of find it hard to focus on what you want or better still need. It is almost like trying to find a needle in a haystack because there is so much on offer. I was impressed with the dessert stand, hair dressers and toilets - on two floors (none open on our visit). You need at least two hours for this shop.
J. M.
Great store for new items at a bargain price. I found some partial jumpers!! Excellent for those zoom calls where you would have been dressed inappropriately. Superb idea.
Tip: I was rushed at the time. If you go between 8am and 9am - it's practically empty. So you can move around swiftly, before the crowds like in.
F. B.
Primark is a very big place to shop. I like primark because you can get anything you want to buy there. They even have coffee shop inside the primark. Is one of my favourite stores. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
D. B.
Love it here! Such a good selection of items, staff are friendly and queues are quick considering how busy 🙏🏻
M. R.
Very disappointed. For all the space in store there isn't a lot of choice. Seems to be either disney/Minnie mouse particularly, or basics. Very little stock for makeup, bare shelves, more staff talking then actually keeping the store tidy and moving. And the rules for the changing rooms are shocking, there are 4 floors... And they expect you not to take a basket into the changing rooms to try things on... I had to leave it with a sales assistant whilst I carried armfuls of clothes to the changing room. Layout had no direction.
Prices have gone up, but the original products are still... Cheap and the recycled or the products that are meant to help the environment are highly priced... Bit of an oxymoron there.
For the amount I spent, I feel like I just went into any other store that is on the high street with prices too high for families who are struggling. (I didn't get a lot and before the amount I spent would have been two bag not barely one)
Liked the touches of having sitting areas with charging USBs and plug sockets, located in corner of each floor. Great for men who get bored or for when mums need to stop to feed their children.
Very sad that Primark isn't the same any more
m. f.
This Primark is a whopper. Biggest in the universe apparently. Its even got a Greggs what more could you want? Lost a star as the staff don't know where stuff is when asked. But then again it is a four floor store.
J. R.
Well organised, tidy, good stock, lots of tills open and Disney cafe was a bonus
G. R.
As it’s the biggest one in the country my Mrs & daughters wanted to visit as we were staying in the area. WARNING!! Don’t say to your partner that you’ll meet up in a certain time! 🤬 🤣. One floor is for menswear, the other three for children/ women. The variety for menswear was excellent with some good bargains, I could have spent an absolute fortune. Birmingham Moor St railway station is dead opposite.
S. a.
They sell good cheap clothing but I cant help but notice that every item on display seemed to have just been thrown on, but that is most likely due to customers being inconsiderate. The staff are helpful whenever you need directions, social distancing rules are okay-ish though many of the customers fail to acknowledge them.
Relating to the Birmingham store.
S. A.
Primark is just an amazing place, great for every single type of shopping, with this shop being the largest with a cafe, beauty salons and almost anything you can think of!
v. r.
Can’t beat a bit of primani… pop in for a pair of socks end up spending £50… it’s almost a ritual now 😂
R. S.
Cheap and cheerful. New greggs inshore working as it was packed. To many BLM pictures wall and TV . 99% of people in area are all English ?
S. L.
Lots of choice. If you get any clothing sets, make sure all items are the same size. Love the socks. Even the queue was faster than normal. Social distancing in the changing rooms. Good experience
j. b.
Very big store I got lost in here and had to ask for help finding my way out. Whilst here a woman fell down an escalator, the staff responed very quickly and put the emergency plan into place the lady was unhurt, but the professionalism was to a very high standard, no panic no fuss. It was the lady's fault to be honest but I commend the way staff handled the incident.
L. P. (.
Has everything you need from naughty as old too to full-grown adult sizes affordable fashionable and very good value for money. The only drawback is the quality of craftsmanship and quality of the materials used is poor hence products and clothing don't last very long and 10 to shrink in the wash and get set holes/damaged quickly
A. J.
I sat in one of the cafés and had quite a nice brew whilst my daughters shopped. Not sure about shopping here but at least I can wait somewhere.
J. j.
Omg go go go!!
Took a special trip just for this primark and it doesn't disappoint..amazing layout, merchandising, styling, selection, and with all that choice you an eat and drink in the cafe before you go again
.spend the day at the best primark.
Visually stunning
A. A.
Excellent place to shop. Price is affordable and products quality is excellent. The costomer service is on point. Keep it up.
D. J. I.
Great selection of clothes for the whole family. Price points are brilliant, lack of large and XL options though. Couldn't buy jackets in my size. Set over 5 levels, you could spend all day here. 😁
B. B.
The store is one of the biggest and has a good variety of clothing for all ages, makeup💄 and perfume.
A. J.
Fully stocked with all essential clothing. Largest UK primark so be sure to make a day of it. Also features a customized section for t shirts, a Disney section and a Disney Cafe.
There's also a barbers and salon inside.
Perfect family day out but bear in mind it's always crowded. Always.
j. A.
The biggest Primark in the Uk,set over 3 floors and additional underground floor, stocks well merchandised. You can not go wrong for the price of looking good.
T. B. M.
Visited the largest greggs in the world and was impressed. Felt like there was abit more love in the food than normal.
A. R. S.
Has a good collection of clothes. The staffs are friendly and courteous. The prices are some of the best in business. Will recommend to friends and family.
K. F.
Omg this store is fab! It's got everything, beauty salon, T-shirt print, cafes, restaurant, toliet as well as the huge amount of products in store!!!
M. P.
Wasn't a fan at all of the New St store, which was down to the presentation and up keep of the store. This new one though is much cleaner and neat. Clothes were well presented and not looking like a jumble sale. Staff were friendly enough. Still not my kind of shop but better than the previous store
C. S.
Primark still excellent regarding hand gels & sprays for basket handles. This new store is much tidier than the old Primark which was in New Street. There you would always find clothing scattered about the floor & you always seemed to wait forever to pay at the tills
M. A.
I visited the store on a Saturday evening and I have to say that it was pretty neat. Staff sorted out the clothes all the time.
Excellent selection of kids, women and men clothing and shoes. No queues at the pay desk. I personally shopped stuff that wasn't available in my local primark.
The Disney cafe was small but cute and the prices very reasonable. Enjoyed it. If you've ever been to a primark before you won't find it difficult to navigate the store.
R. G.
Massive store and despite its size, customers still look squished together. Massive queues, that don't move down very quickly. The young Asian guy who served me was friendly and wished me a nice day and Christmas, so that was nice. Unfortunately, the quality of Primark's goods is appalling; that saying is true here, in that ' you get what you pay for' here. I prefer shopping at Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda fir cheap clothes; you pay a lite more, but the quality is far better, especially so for Sainsbury's clothes.
A. J.
Big shop with a good selection of items and some cool new machines such as custom t-shirts and custom Cadburys bars however it was £4.50 for a dairy milk bar smaller than the ones that are regularly £1.
S. B.
Great selection of clothes and large store. Every level is labeled well and easy to get to the section I needed. There is something for everyone taske here. Staff are helpful and keep the stock in order.
S. K.
Great shop wonderful stuff at reasonable prices.Huge variety one of my favourite shops .
S. Y.
Always best place to visit. Cheap prices, alot of variety for kids, Women and men. You can find cutlery, decorations, curtains, and other stuff for reception rooms amd bedrooms. Worth visiting the spot.
L. H.
You'd find anything you want but the quality is not any good. And yeah, still it's a good value for money
S.
It’s not just a shopping trip - an experience - nice cafe in there, so much variety, and of course - fantastic primark prices. Tshirt printing, in house barbers, beauty studio - really the full “shabang” in here. Spent about 2 hours and is definitely worth making a special trip!
C. W.
Quiet busy for a Thursday. Queues weren't bad. Good stuff in but a bit frustrated because the pjs I wanted didn't have the size 😕
E. P.
Visited Primark for my monthly essential items, price is alway a good reason to go Primark, the staffs are helpful aswell so can’t complain.
A. W.
The stores pretty impressive and well stocked. However I give 0 stars for the primark Disney cafe.... rude, miserable and un helpful staff , definitely attitude problems, food appalling and iced mocha disgusting... how Disney have aloud this to happen is beyond me..
M. G.
The place itself is mahooosive. Almost too big. I couldn't find what I was lookibg for and couldn't find any staff to assist. However I did purchase some great value jeans. Not really my kind of store. I'm not really into mass produced throw away clothes
H. S.
More like a department store, very modern and spacious. You need at least a hour to see it all. We went to the restaurant which was delicious, the staff were fantastic and so helpful. There was seating areas throughout the store, and even USB charging points. I'll definitely go back for their great prices, a slice of cake and the custom printing service.
S.
Nice and clean primark with good security (kicking out the kids causing chaos). Lots and lots of stock that you don't always see in other primarks. Very busy though at the tills.
A. J.
This place is amazing omg 10 out of 10 i recommend but if you live about 2 hours away and don't stay then make sure you leave before rush hour. It gets very bissy in primark definitely in the cafe be prepared to spend ALOT! have fun!!
R. C.
A cafe, a Disney restaurant, Harry Potter and Disney depts plus loads of the usual fab primark fashion! Best one yet!!
Z.
Went there to find the marble IT Luggage suitcase bit didn't have it but went back again few months later and found the NBA section with so much more stuff then my local primak. Found some cool t shirts
J. B.
Great shop so much to see did not now were to start
R. L.
really big place and got lots of options, can even thread your eyebrows here haha. the line for the counters was super long though, would be great if they could find a way to resolve that.
I. M.
Nice big shop, biggest in Europe but too noisy,I like it ,very nice wear and accessories, beautiful sport wear and staff ,nice stuff and good connection with lift and escalators.Good prices and quality not so bad.But many wear and accessories are falling on a floor and broken, damaged and dirtying 🦠Must be more attention for it...And sometimes must be offers 😍
L. T. B.
Very big store;recently opened.5 levels, improved layout, bright & attractive lighting. There's a Disney themed cafe, the decor is amazing! However the menu is very limited & customer services is average.
A.
Ques weren't to bad in the middle of the day but sure it gets busier in the evening , all and all good shopping experience and convenient prices as usual at primark.
m. a.
Ayah, chris and baber customer service was phenomenal at the men's section. They really help alot. One of the best ive seen.
R. T.
Very busy Friday morning. Very good choice no matter what you are looking for. Staff willing to help and had a good cup of coffee. Highly recommended
S. F.
Just so, so huge! Really busy, almost disorientating and overwhelming. I'm sure if you live close you know where to find everything.
Love the shop though, such a huge range of household, clothes, teddies etc
H. B.
Well priced fast fashion clothes, exactly as expected from Primark. The large size contributes to a wide range of clothes, usually in a reasonable range of sizes.
Fitting rooms have remained open during COVID; Primark's sometimes inconsistent or plain weird fits make this a necessity.
There have been a few reorganisations between my visits, however, making some items harder to find.
Overall, 3 stars - the Mega-McDonalds of clothes stores, but without the reliability of a Big Mac.
S. H.
Went around lunchtime, even though busy, managed to buy and pay for products within 10 minutes
L. M.
Very busy and a bit messy but it was 4pm in half term. Not enough lifts and rude customers jumping the queue infront of families with buggies and people in wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
B. S.
Usually lots of choice, but it is possible that the store was changing over stock from summer/ autumn to Christmas and winter as I couldn't find what I was looking for when I went. Still worth visiting though.
S. B.
Good prices and quick service. Not as much choice are some of the bigger Primarks stores. I think if it wasn't for this shop I don't think walsall would be visited by many people at all. That's quite sad as walsall used to be worth the visit.
J. O.
One stop shop, affordable quality items
T. Z.
Gorgeous opening of the giant Primark was wonderful. Disney cafe, nail shop, beauty and toilet facilities are great. Lots of sitting place keep you a long time there. Hundreds of different design garments which are very reasonable price and good quality. I am not a Primark fan but definitely worth a visit. There is a con too. You may end up buying things that you don't need actually. So be careful not to impulse shopping. Cheers.
j. A.
The biggest Primark in the Uk,set over 3 floors and additional underground floor, stocks well merchandised. You can not go wrong for the price of looking good.
M. R.
Very disappointed. For all the space in store there isn't a lot of choice. Seems to be either disney/Minnie mouse particularly, or basics. Very little stock for makeup, bare shelves, more staff talking then actually keeping the store tidy …
A. J.
Big shop with a good selection of items and some cool new machines such as custom t-shirts and custom Cadburys bars however it was £4.50 for a dairy milk bar smaller than the ones that are regularly £1.
J. B.
Typical Primark,clean store helpful staff.
S. P.
First visit to this particular store, it was very impressive. Everything was tidy and in order unlike the previous store in town which was absolutely messy and chaotic! Only downside was that there were only 3 tills in operation and the queue was huge we had to wait well over 15 minutes!
M. H.
Decent clothes at cheap prices, there's something for everyone.
L.
Absolutely love coming to Birmingham for the day. One of the highlights for me is visiting Primark can easily spend about 3 hours in here. My kid's enjoyed visiting the Disney cafe.
J. S. W.
Very busy yesterday afternoon, quieter and tidier this morning, and breakfast In the Disney cafe
R. “.
Biggest Primark in the UK so it's pretty incredible and some people could spend 4-5 hours in here looking at everything. It's massive.
S. L. M.
Busy as usual, direct for ques changed yet again very annoying every time go in there they change where to que, only 3 people on tills 25 min in que, no customer service open so people. Returning causes delays for people just buying
D. L.
Lots of floors, does seem to repeat a lit of clothing ranges rather than more variety... worth taking a look if your in the city
S. G.
The largest Primark store in Europe which from the outside you could be easily mistaken for a store of half its size, the inside is made up of 3 floors with easy access for wheelchair users with lifts and for disabled people like myself escalators. They have an excellent and very wide range of fashion styles and choices for all ages. The staff are very friendly and helpful to the point of letting me get changed in their changing rooms as I had a funeral to go to straight from buying some black trousers and a black shirt, obviously I had to present my receipt to the lady at the changing rooms, I was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely recommend it to anyone and also continue to shop there myself in the future.
j. s.
Honestly the hype that was built around this flag ship store is ridiculous. It was such a let down. 1 floor was empty.
The racks were insanely close together.
Even the staff don't rate the store they work in so why would customers.
K. M.
Excellent range of clothing. The reduced clothes rails however are too packed with clothes, it makes it really hard to look through and they end up all over the floor. I think they could do with putting another reduced rail on.
S. E.
Lots of easy access. Well laid out and on the occasion of my visit not too crowded
S. P.
First visit to this particular store, it was very impressive. Everything was tidy and in order unlike the previous store in town which was absolutely messy and chaotic! Only downside was that there were only 3 tills in operation and the queue was huge we had to wait well over 15 minutes!
L. V.
Girls especially young uns u dont need implants fabulous bras better than john lewis paying silly amount promise you will find bra to fit or make u look 2 sizes bigger n you will look soo good
T. T.
Televised as the largest Primark in the UK. We were disappointed, it was ok but nothing special. Shop was clean, cafés were clean, but overall a disappointment
l. f.
Superb always good prices all worker's very kind .well actually I was in the queue lol and she was so adorable and she smiles to me lol I was happy all day .thanks.
J. S.
Food was very good for the price.
J. D.
Absolutely love Primark. Always have top fashion clothes at a price everyone can afford. Good quality.
J. A.
Huge primary where you can find pretty much any item of clothing. Nice and affordable too.
R. A.
All in one store at the best price. And the quality is not. Upto the mark
c. “. h.
Absolutely love this place bargains to be found..
S. T.
Huge store with lots of options but the clothing has very inconsistent sizing and lacks a variety of sizes. It can also get extremely busy and crowded, despite the space available
A. B.
Love Primark and this is a good size store and always very busy. Three huge floors.
Till queues can be long but they move quickly.
Situated in the heart of the city. About 3 minute walk from New Street station..
S. H.
Staff were brilliant & very large selection. Unfortunately I entered the store to buy vest tops & there was only one colour in a small size. Wouldn't mind but it's a flagship store so should stock properly
T. M.
Found a nice pair of casual pants.
T. L.
It's cheap so it's suitable for me, clothes' quality is also quality, just a little bit lack of types to let me choose. But still it's good :D
S. B.
Great store. Loads of choice at great prices, but very messy in places and difficult to find what you're looking for as there seems no set pattern?,
w. t.
Amazing primark there us everytbing that you can imagine the only problem?? Too much!!!! Cant get it round it all and you keep going round and round in circles xx
N. J.
Wanted a beauty display box, had only one on show, asked catherine to check in storage for one more, she happily went and got me one to my delight! They were heavy to carry so she even got me a basket! She was very kind, polite and very helpful. Please if you recognise yourself but iv got your name wrong, please correct me. Your supervisors need to know who you are 👍❤
A. J.
The biggest Primark in the UK. Very busy and due to its size, its a bit confusing. Theres a lot of stuff in there including 2 cafes and a barber i think haha. Which i found funny. But yeh, try go on days where its not too busy, but to be honest, that'll be hard.
M. D.
Good store! Well worth the visit
L. L.
Loved our visit and never disappointed with our purchases. Lovely store!
T. K.
Good tidy example of a primark,
Men's selection seems lacking from the ones I'm used too but must friendlier and faster service then I'm used too 😊
S.
Great store, usually very tidy and can get quite busy. Could do with more lifts.
L.
Absolutely love coming to Birmingham for the day. One of the highlights for me is visiting Primark can easily spend about 3 hours in here. My kid's enjoyed visiting the Disney cafe.
v. v.
Perfect product display, which makes finding whatever you want pretty easy, however expect a crowd, I mean it’s primark.
L. C.
Good selection. Very busy not good distant from each other. Staff tried but no one listened.
D. W.
Went to Birmingham especially to go shop in the Primark, which is supposedly the largest in the U.k. I didn't find it amazing, the cafe was sparce for food and felt cheap, staff were friendly, but I found the Primark in Cardiff had much more in offer.
M. B.
It's a super 👌 store loved every thing about it .it was very busy
A. M.
Perfect place for anyone looking for good quality clothes in affordable rates.
A. A.
If you love primark and disney you will love this! Massive shop over 3 floors (I think) cafe, design your own Disney t shirt, large footwear Sept. Quite messy in places though and have to pay to park in Birmingham so only got 4 stars.
S. M.
Nice store. Just wish there was more variety in men's and boys clothes.
H.
Ocean of choices as its world's biggest Primark. Everything for everyone. Repeatedly visiting place in the town.
A. A.
Has great everyday wear and jeans..its a huge store which is great..it's just always very busy and extremely frustrating when you have a pram and toddler in tow as so many lazy people using the lifts you have a good wait to get in one..otherwise a great store.
S. B.
Didnt like it rather have old primark staff not very helpful and to much walking round to find.what.you want
J. S. W.
Very busy yesterday afternoon, quieter and tidier this morning, and breakfast In the Disney cafe
M. M.
Extremely good value high Street fashion store with good basics like t shirts, nightwear, underwear, shoes and home wares. Great for those on a budget or for a one time only outfit.
C. F.
As a big primark fan I loved it. Was filled with products I can't get in my store. There is 3 restaurants/cafes but we did not purchase any food from them. There is also a custom lab where you can customize your own t-shirt for £8 or a tote bag for £3 (in the Disney, star wars or marvel category) the tote bags are very good quality bags. The only critisms I have are that the queues were quite long which I expected anyway and there was not any defined areas for themes (for example Disney and Harry Potter sections). Apart from that its great.
A. S.
Also has a nice place to sit in if you get tired while shopping... 🤭😍
N. L.
Amazing stuff, a lot of thing from you can choose. But it is sooo busy. The queue to the till is around 15-20 minutes
a. a.
This is my favourite place I ALWAYS go there to see the new things and they have never disappointed me and I love their service too
T. A.
Good value for money. But not happy as refused to exchange a fault mobile charger without a receipt! - they it clearly can see it has Primark written on it and the place where you charge the charger( that metal bit has broken and is now inside- which they can hear rattling inside)- clearly faulty.
L. S.
Good store, everything is nicely spread out rather than being crammed in. Plenty of staff about and it was tidy. Selection of goods no different to smaller stores if I'm honest. Large queues but staff were doing their best.
S. B.
Cheap prices and a wonderful selection too.
R. R. (.
Biggest primark in the U.K. Much bigger and definitely better than the dingy old New street store and with a good range of sizes compared to before.
L. E.
Loved the Harry Potter collection.great selection for any fan. Little disappointed in the pancakes in the Disney cafe.
A. l. C.
Tratament Facials, Body Massage 💆♀️Haircut Men and women Hairdressers
Turkish Styles package,
r. l.
We go there for the ground coffee, best prices around but always come out with some great bargains.
J.
Labeled the biggest primark in the world but probably over hyped, wasn't much different to a normal primark just more floors and a cafe. Still a good experience.
Lots of clothes and food wrappers scattered aroundon the floor from people just leaving them there! looks like they might just need more cleaning staff or a couple of bins in place.
R. G.
Prices are awesome must visit if your ever in brum. I took pics of the art because i loved how vibrant it made the place. I absolutely loved my day at the worlds biggest primark they did a very good job.
J. H.
Massive store
Well spaced out and plenty of lifts and escalators
Two cafes, of which one is a Disney Cafe. Puddings and drinks are very tasty, if a little expensive
K. B.
Was easy to find what I wanted and only waited 5 minutes to get served
f.
Fantastic selection of products. Loved designing the Disney t-shirt. Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome Disney restaurant.
N. N.
Since it's opened, this was the first time visiting Primark! Pretty amazing store. Not the old Primark reputation of untidy and a mess. This was structured and well maintained. Still the same pretty much zero assistance available, but their retail strategy works. Service at till was pretty pleasant, but the infamous queues still questionable.
Pretty impressed with the clothing, let's see how they wear...
Oh and returned some stuff and was pretty effortless.
E. O.
Got this amazing Boots, always love Primark wherever we go for City holidays, the one in Nottingham we went definitely better than Birmingham one. More today and organised.
J. B.
I know it's a primark and a veryyyyyyyyy large one but just too busy for me, maybe few more on tills ☺️ but obviously a bargain so what do I expect
A. P.
What can I say, it's Primark only the biggest one😂. Clean, tidy and helpful staff. It was shortly after opening times so didn't have to contend with other shoppers. Only down point is there isn't the Harry Potter area anymore
G. D.
Largest store but to be honest not much more items than their other flagship stores. More Disney products though but expected because if the Disney cafe
M. K.
Lovely seating area by the changing rooms meant I had somewhere nice and comfortable to nurse my newborn baby. I wasn't expecting that but very relieved as I was going to find a cubicle
B. A.
Went to visit the largest Primark today and it was crazy big. I went due to reading the reviews for the Harry Potter section only to find it had been disbanded. It also advertise a disney section which was very limited to mainly baby clothing. I will add however the variety of sizing is much larger than that of my local primark store clothing ranges from xs to 3xl for men and a wider range of plus size clothes for women who need it, and let's be honest they need it for a lady who is a size 14/16 in other shops I need to buy size 18/20 or bigger in primark. We did take advantage of the Create your own T-shirts and Tote section which, so long as your a disney/marvel/star wars fan is a novelty at 8£ a t-shirt or 3£ a tote. All in all a ok experience but have no plans of returning anytime soon.
P. T.
Massive Primark found it a bit more expensive than smaller ones had lunch in Disney restaurant very nice
N. N.
My daughters went shopping, and checkout staff forgot to give 1 bag. Went to get shopping that store worker forgot to give. Management were very helpful and communication between different departments was very good. Got the missing bag, they apologised. Everybody happy. Will shop again, but late in the evening as its a lot less busy.
G. M.
Lots of variety and huge store . Prefer it here to others we have been to
m. o.
absolutely amazing shopping experience such amazing choices I would have given 5 stars but staff unhelpful and all stairway exits were locked I am unable to travel down escalators and struggle in lifts so I think the stair situation needs looking into
I. U. H.
Primark is the place to go to for clothes,I always get what I need plus more, best place ever.
R. S.
Love the selection in this store but always find the layout a little tricky!
C. T.
Stunning 5 floors so much stuff there can get your nails, hair and makeup done there
M. H.
Decent clothes at cheap prices, there's something for everyone.
D. J.
Nice outfits but not the cheapest anymore. Do shop around other places to find a better deal.
L. B.
The hype was bigger than the store. It is a nice store but the "disney" cafe was lack luster
K. K.
Staff could be helpful . The lines for the tills are a joke completely ridiculous u could wait in the lines for at least 15 - 20minutes before being served. Id rather shop somewhere else then wait in such a long line. Honestly need more staff on the tills. The quality of womens jeans/jeggings are terrible . Most of the other products are good.
D. B.
The shop opened on Thursday 11th April. It is huge compared to other primark's. It is over 5 floors with plenty for everyone. There are 3 cafes one of which was the Disney cafe. The queue for this was at least an hours wait but those that got in got free Mickey ear headbands. The children section was on the top floor which meant those with prams and push chairs had to use the lifts so there was a wait for them too. Parking was easy as there are a number of car parks close. If you go by train the moor street station is right out side. This place is worth a visit with lots to do and see. If you get bored the bull ring is right next door.
M. G.
Not bad some staff let the store down with their attitude and gossiping on the shop floor
D. H.
Great stuff here fir clothes
T. S.
It's big ,big ,big ,big ,large selection of clothes ,it's mostly for younger generation , prices are low , quality leaves something to be desired , can't complain for prices though ,
J. E.
Best primark we have ever been to
J. U. K.
Amazing and they have a great hairdresser who sorted my hair out by straightening it
R. T.
It's massive..my daughters love it..could do with more staff on the tills
l. j.
Such a lovely well organised shop. The clothes were all well stocked and very well displayed. Such a great choice. Something for everyone. Only moan would be the queue to the checkout. A bit slow moving but there were only 2 people serving which is very minimal for a busy city centre store.
A. B.
Large store spread over multiple floors with at least four lifts an eatery, home and Disney section, mens and kids fashions at low prices
P. B.
Great to go into the biggest Primark in the world but my wife was unhappy that they did not have many larger sizes of clothing and so did not get much.
F. C.
I went to this place 2 times on my last vacation a year ago. A big and good area for shopping. Bought many items and paid a good price for all of it 👍
S. H.
Lots of varied clothing, homeware, winter jackets etc but so dissapointed by the lack of Harry potter merchandise that this flagship store used to house 😣
S. K.
Went early morning to return an item pretty straight forward was first in queue best time to go otherwise it's busy and really long queues.
R.
I buy so much from Primark that on multiple occasions people (mostly old women) have come up to me to ask me questions, thinking I work here
R. J.
Really friendly staff. Highly maintained cleanliness.
I deliberately asked for a passing trolley and the lady declined and apologised that they weren't sanitized.
There weren't that many customers on the floors but really long queues on till.
A. B.
The bullring is decent, what can I say? Its got most of everything you could ever want or need
K. V.
Pretty good selection of items. A bit messy tho and most of racks were so fully stuffed I didn't even wanna start go through them.
T. S.
The largest Primark in the world! Incredible. Houses a barber, beauty bar, canteen, cafe, which is Disney themed, custom shirt station and soo much more! We were completely blown away by the scale of the shop and it is so easy to get lost, remember it's spread across 5 floors!! Unfortunately, a few things I really wanted they didn't have my size, only S, XL? Very frustrating!
k. 9.
Very big store u can get lost In there lol but again great choice of clothes
N. G.
Check out this place its Massive
Got a cafe inside this place its
Really cool
S. B.
Didn't find anything I wanted to buy current style isn't for me but affordable clothes shoes etc always long queues. Bit of a jumble sale finding the right size.
C. E.
I LOVE all the clothes i spend long time inside because of the line
A.
not alot of mens clothes really more kids and woman clothing, and when they have ur size in its worrh shopping around
A. W.
Ok place but think it's too big for its own good, tills a chore to find.
T.
I don't really mind buying clothes at cheap (except shoe wear because I believe that you get what you pay for) and I mostly have good things to say about Primark. After lockdown restrictions started to lift I desperately needed new trousers but the trousers I bought constantly get covered in fluff, it's probably the material. The shop isn't really catered for men. There is only one floor catered for men's wear so it means our selection of clothes is quite limited. If you're looking for clothes and are on budget like many people are then I would recommend buying them from Primark, just give the item a good look for holes and the like.
T.
Great selection of clothing, homeware, make up, shoes etc. I was looking for gift bags 🛍 that day
J. W.
Love primark ,can get yourself lost in one at Birmingham quite busy ,long ques , bags of cheap bargains
I. B.
Pretty similar to other branches of Primark I have visited except more spacious and nice themed Harry Potter and Disney areas. I did expect better based on things I had seen and heard.
However, we had an awful experience in the Disney cafe. Very limited choice of food with many sandwiches being sold out (at 11.45am) and only two options for ciabattas. We ordered pancakes, waffles, a hot dog and a crudite/hummus side for baby. 20 minutes later and no sign of food, I went to ask how long it would be and the member of staff I spoke to proceeded to have an argument with the women making waffles and pancakes about it in front of all the customers. Our hot dog appeared very shortly after, I assume having been ready some time as it was nearly cold. (We also asked for no mustard but it had mustard on) then the rest of the food appeared not long after. Overall not a great experience at all.
A. M.
Went at a time when it wasnt busy, nice a clean, no queues was a dream
L. T.
Apart from everyone being maskless this primark was pretty cool. The huge homewares section was a great area to explore
R. K.
Ok. Not highly impressed by the quality of the products.
Cost is fine.
k. r.
Long queues to enter. Face masks are a must. Good collection of clothes.
P. B.
The biggest Primark.
5 for of choices for men, women and home decor, and hairdresser and Barber studio.
What else... Is Primark.
M. A.
Good quality clothes and workers is very nicely deling
M. R.
Busy! This Primark is a monster, it has 5 floors, a huge selection of clothing, multiple cafes and facilities galore. There is plenty of tills and changing rooms to help manage the high footfall (over 100 of each). Escalators, stairs and lifts help with accessibility and there are plenty of staff waiting to help. Recommend going early to avoid queues, especially at the Disney cafe and Harry potter clothing area.
C. G.
It's huge, good range of merchandise. Was not overly busy when I went which was fine for me.
R. M. (.
5 floors what more can you say clothing shopper's paradise😁
S. E.
Such a great experience the primark my end is so small was amazing to see this one so many floors Disney cafe was brilliant
a. s.
Wow factor has it is huge so meany floors to pick from
l. B.
Great bargains at knock down prices such a lot of choice love this store
a. t.
Ruins the experience a little when most people are walking around with masks but not much can be done with a pandemic ongoing
K. H.
A fantastic Primark with a lot of diverse ranges of clothing. They even sell toys here which is different to a lot of other Primarks I’ve been to. Only things that I found annoying were the lifts were packed full of people, and they didn’t get off a particular floor so were hogging the lifts essentially, also as I was being served at the tills my server was having a conversation with another colleague whilst packing my items in a paper bag. Would go again, sure.
I.
Over all its a good shop.
You'll find always something interesting... Probably every month.
Home section is at least inspiring 🤩
My only issue is staff... Always unhelpful and always with attitude. Just don't disturb them while they talking to each other 😤😑.. You'll be fine 😅
S. K.
Nicely done. Need more time to look around. Huge primark
D. Q.
Great shop but very very busy. Queues are so long and take around 15 minutes to get anywhere close to the till. If you're looking for something specific it's rather hard to find too as the store is massive. You just kind of have to wander around and hope you find it
R. T.
Disappointing to what it was made out to be. Could have done same shop in Cardiff so wasn't worth travelling up from Wales for
t. G.
Very busy store but very quick on serving
S. B.
Great bargains to be had but beware long queues to get to the tills.
C. F.
My favourite day of the year is the Boxing Day Primark sale.
C. F.
Hige great selection queues were big but they move fast.
P. C.
Huge Primark store at the center of Birmingham. 5 floors with a huge variety of clothing: man, women, child, and has also 2 Caffe and a barber shop.
M.
Very good cafe and a very wide range of clothes
Multiple floors
E. O.
Food over priced, toilets disgusting, till staff friendly
J. A.
Too crowded counter staff slow and not polite enough for such a big store
S. M.
Large Primark in the Bullring area. Good selection of goods and we found what wanted. Decent quality at a compelling price. Queuing can be long but staff friendly at the end.
I. P.
Huge amount of clothes, location is good, (high street) unfortunately busy and crowded
F. J.
You could spend the day in here like a palace highly reccomend!
B. m.
Fantastic experience! Really friendly staff and I felt safe as its big and open
K. B.
It's big but there's a lot of the same and the cafes need to be cleaner. I appreciate everywhere has staff shortages at the moment though
A. P.
Very busy. Good selection of stuff and lots more than your generic Primark stores but some things a little hard to find
M. K.
Amazing clothes shop. You can get clothes of so many different designs and varieties. It is really easy to find something you like.
G. M. R. R.
This Primark is Europe's largest Primark located at city centre in Birmingham.
w. w.
Plenty of value clothing, gifts, homeware. My family and I enjoy shopping at Primary.
K. A.
Got what I wanted ...went straight to the tills and out again ...the gentleman in the door was very helpful
R.
Had to use their toilets multiple times. Very useful.
S. J.
Huge store over 5 floors. All well organised giving you the chance to see everything. Very impressed. Lady on the till was so friendly. Didnt get her name but she was on first floor till number 12 at around 3.30pm x
C. V.
At last Birmingham has a Primark big enough to cope with the sheer volume of customers. It's neat, today and well equipped.
It has at least 3 cafés, barbers, beauty salon and plenty of space. No more bumping shoulders, massive queues or floors covered in discarded clothes. You can return at any till so no understaffed return queue to stand in.
Needless to say the clothes are well priced but the cafés and services seem to be too.
Thank you Primark!
A. K.
Large Store Very good price But long ques at payment tills.
M. H.
Great store quality a lot better now.
S. B.
If you like primark clothing this place is heaven, has literally everything. Floor plan works, service is pretty quick. Real letdown is the Disney cafe. So nicely done, great decor, great tables, rediculous menu. Isn't a cafe at all is a place for a drink with a very very limited ammount of food available, couldn't take your kids there for breakfast or lunch and feed them. Such a great idea that looks great but doesn't work. Clothes shop just massive
K. K.
The most impressive Primark I have ever been to!!!! A must visit if in Birmingham
E. E.
For once there is a large variety of clothing for men, I always come out buying something new.
a. s.
Great, long time to walk around, plenty of seats, plenty off different clothes, accessories etc. Disney cafe was nice to bit pricey, friendly staff at the cafe and in primark itself, recommended
H. R.
Great customer service when in store just no one answers the phone when you call large store.
A. v.
This Primark has 3 levels but only managed the 1st level my feet were so sore. Really busy and very well stocked with clothing of all kinds
R. G.
Good sized Primark smack bang in the middle of Brum! Can't say much, good items for not a lot of money! Worth a visit if about.
T. C.
Friday morning, hardly anyone around. Was in and out so quick I went back for seconds 😅
On a serious note it's a good place. Only down side (probably a major one but I'm not too bothered really) is....that they only have 1 floor for mens apparel. It's kinda sad also because the old primark felt like it had more to offer guys. I know what you're gonna say tho, primark know their customers and they are mostly women (probably).
As I said it doesnt really bother me, can usually find things I want or like pretty quickly. Theres a good range of clothes. Prices are fine and the shop is pretty close to bullring so you can go between them fairly easily (take the front exit!)
I'm told theres a disney themed cafe on the top floor!!! I've never checked but who would lie about that 😂
k. m.
Seem to be very short on the mist popular sizes.
L. F.
Great, so much choice and t shirt printing too, who knew?!
J. B.
Typical Primark,clean store helpful staff.
U. I.
It's huge, many floors, a great place for a shopholic.
S. D.
Even though this store is huge and busy staff will go.out of there way to assist you which is great if you got lost easily
C. W.
The primark shop is brilliant for clothes shopping etc.
Bit disappointed in the Disney cafe.
Not much choice on the menu.
L. F.
Biggest Primark I have ever been too. It also had a barbers.
N. B.
Primark aint what it used to be. Its a bit all over the place, not easy to find what your looking for. Staff always talking to each other on shop floor,
l. s.
Well. Although queued at the door still a bit over crowded. But recovery of fallen garments was good. Things in their place. Quick to get served. Staff helpful. Good old primarni
A. F.
Greatly purposeful economical clothing of a wide variety.
Welcoming all the diverse people families and children of the world.🌻🌎🌍🌷🐂💐💓
I. S.
Value according to your pocket. I tried White Shirt, got it.
J. O.
One stop shop, affordable quality items
H.
Good and cheap, normal clothes that don't last long
o. s.
Shopping made easy and at a great price too.
c. s.
Large store, queues for till, even with 6 tills working, only Complaint much to hot in the store.
T. G.
Lots lots lots of people and massive que inside by cashier. Went another day and was the same. So probably you can get good deals in there otherwise I can't understand why people want to spend 40min+ in a queue
F. E.
Range is not really bigger than any other store just more stock. Good thing is it has beauty bit and disney section.
O. I.
What would we really do without Primark? Everything for Everyone at an affordable price.
B. A.
After a year of not being able to shop in store primark still had variety and lots to offer at a reasonable price. Worth a look if your refreshing your wardrobe
J. M.
Plenty of cheap clothes big store clothes for everyone changing rooms open now
Y. A.
Can't go wrong with Primark. You'll always find an emergency piece of clothing that will meet your needs.
S. R.
Great quality garments and fantastic prices.
F. F.
Huge lots to see great choice and wasn't to busy
S.
Biggest in Europe.love primark anyway
D.
A large department store in Birmingham town centre selling women's, men's and childrens clothing, home wear and jewellery. This Primark store hasn't got a public bathroom. The store is set out on 3 floors with the customer service desk on the 1st floor.
M.
Great store, great staff. Sizes ALL wrong...I bought a 36 slim fit trousers as I'm a 34 waist and I know trousers don't always fit. These 36 don't even go round my chips.. I measured them myself and they're 32.. honestly all the sizes are at least a size too small... Such a shame.
I. W.
Loving that there is so much love for LGBT community in this store!!! And it gets better every year!!! Dont see this in London
J. J.
Massive store lots of variety and good price
L. Y.
As the largest, this Primark feels more like a department store than just a clothes shop - I marvelled at how large each section was compared to the usual standard: It had a Disney cafe, kids clothes, pjs and Harry Potter section on the 2nd floor; Stationary, accessories, gadgets, print your own t-shirt and another cafe on the 1st floor; Women's clothing and a salon on the ground floor; A larger cafe/restaurant on the basement level, and menswear on the floor below. Each floor had many fitting rooms and a small seating area for those who were waiting for their friends/family to finish shopping. The staff were friendly and could give directions if you needed. (It's that big!)
As I went shopping mid-week soon after its opening and during the Easter holidays it was understandably very crowded (there was a 5 hour wait for personalised t-shirts to be printed and long queues at the tills). I would advise visiting during quieter weekdays if you don't like the crowds.
C. W.
Got there nice and early, walked straight in. Baskets cleaned, hand sanitiser, good queing system. Noticed a fair few staff maskless, which isn't fair on us shoppers who have to endure them. Also need a member of staff on the cash desk queue to ensure people distancing, I was queing with a good distance infront but I think the couple behind me wanted to see what I'd got in my basket they were so ignorantly close!
I. k. T.
Good cheap shop all Family quality way's
C. P.
Massive Primark. Loads of choices on different items and sizes. Good prices too.
G. A.
favorite GO to market. not so expensive and many choices to choose from
n. f.
Not much choice for going out clothes, loads of lounge wear
m. L.
Its definitely a big store actually very big my only concern is nothing seams to be in order unlike primark in London witch is amazing
P. D.
Had to go to a big store as my local do not do my size
B. M. C.
A very impersonal experience but that's Birmingham for you! An over glorified Primark!
L. J.
I WANT TO GO BACK SO BADLY! Some brilliant bargains and a huge choice of clothing for everyone. Lovely cafe inside too and the shop is really clean and COVID measures are brilliantly put in place. I’d be surprised if you only came out with a small bag...
c. b.
Always get what we need fab clothes at great value when you have growing little ones
A.
Another wretched contribution to Birmingham city centre's twenty-first century streetscape. A disaster, front and rear, even on its bright spring opening day, with High Street's filthy pavement specially pressure-hosed.
Inside, however, it deserves a five-star rating for what it is. A magnificen sensory retail experience for its target market.
Its exterior deserves a different five-star rating, as truly iconic of the taste and pride of the city's Brummagem-ware Planning Committee. Such a shame that the outside will be such a blot on its prominent location, a suitable companion for the gim-crak back end of the present Bull Ring.
And what will it look like on a dull Brummie day, as the meretricious cladding weathers, the chewing gum builds back up, and the litter again piles up around it?
J. H.
Finally made it, I walked in and not long after I walked back out. The place was just too busy, you couldn't move around at all, stuck in queues that were crawling, it didn't help that a few of the escalators were not working. The way it is laid out is fantastic though and a wonderfully added touch of the street signs. I was disappointed with the Disney section as there didn't seem to be much choice there but hopefully I'll get to visit again, and have a proper look around
w. o.
Very big shop so i couldn't find my way about....won't be going again soon
S. G.
Very big so lots of stock and in different sizes.
Only bad thing is there is no reception so if you lose your family members in there, you won't be able to phone and find them 🤦🏽♀️
J. W.
Amazing! Couldn't get round it all in one visit!
f.
This is a large Primark but I was surprised to find that many staple products I normally buy were lacking stock.
A. M.
Mainly it is for those who want just something to wear. General items. Normal wear good value vs cost items. Selection is lesser than wanted. Main con is they havent researched many items that they could provide andnsweep the market. Nice place yet found things cheaper if you know where to look for.
S. C.
Wow this is a large store ,it has all your clothing needs and also some household goods .
T. D.
I miss the old Primark that sold posing pouch thongs and lighters.
Bring the gross stuff back.
B. H.
It's so big and amazes me what you can buy from here
B. A.
Very nice and massive I got a few clothes and other bits.
N. *.
Great place to grab a bargain. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. If you are after menswear, head to the back entrance, it's much easier to get in (avoid the queues), grab what you need and get out. The staff keep the place organised and, no idea how, know where everything is! It's a massive store and you could easily spend a good morning/afternoon in there. Enjoy
J. S.
Great selection of clothing, nice big space with lovely cafe. Best to go in early morning hrs... Unfortunately people are still staying same with their jungle manners and leavingeach day the whole place wracked...
R. K.
This store is big but wasn’t all that I thought it would be. It had most things stocked in other primarks plus a little extra. The cafe was closed when we visited and there was no Harry Potter section :(
K. R.
Traveled to Birmingham to visit the world's biggest primark. VERY BUSY, no one cared how close they were to you. The shop its self was very repetitive. I didn't particularly enjoy my visit. Others Will probably love it but I felt anxious in there
R. B.
The best Primark I've ever been in!! There's everything you would ever need. 🛍️🌍😁
A. C.
**REVIEW FOR THE DISNEY CAFE**
Went first thing and there were plenty of seats. Had waffles, coffee and a drink for just over £5. You order at the till and they bring the food to your table. Restaurant is well decorated and adorned in Disney themed art. The waffles & pancakes (portion size surprisingly small) were Micky Mouse shaped as was the chocolate on the coffee. Staff were very friendly In general & the video games built into the table was fab for the little one.
A. E.
Wide range of products, but very busy.
E. C.
I love primark always get what I need at an amazing price
S. W.
Loved it. Could have spent hours in there.
I. A.
Good price you can buy it for all family
P. W.
Huge store! Huge range and very clean.
J. C.
Ok - but no better than leeds or manchester store .....dont make a special trip !

Great value and quality clothes
B. H.
The world’s biggest Primark and it really is. Spread over 5 floors. Clothing choice is massive. 4 stars because the Disney cafe was a bit of a let down though. Which was a shame.
A. S.
Was worth the trip. Disney cafe was underwhelming but a good place to break up the shopping
h.
Great variety of clothes and many more
F. W.
A very good store well laid out, tidy, and stock tidy on shelfs.

If you want to visit the most picked Primark and get most bargains, then visit this one. Seeing as it's the biggest one yet, it certainly proves it when you go. Over 5 floors although a floor isn't open yet, it has everything you could wish for in such a clothing store. Would be better if there was more options for baby stuff, like accessories for prams and/or prams too. Warning to men going with their wife......it could be a long day, but there are two cafes to visit and plentiful toilets.

Don't see how it is the biggest, selection not as good as others I have been in

What can i say about the place except cheap and cheerful and god help you if youre a stitch fan and want the stitch products as you will end up teavellin around 200 miles round north west teying to find them. And some of the clothes becarefull how you wash them as they shrink

Me and my daughter and newborn son went to buy some clothes for the little one the staff was nice and polite it was packed with lots of people but we had a nice time looking around 👍
J. C.
Large shopping area with a good few floors. It caters for babies toddlers and older children. Teens and adults both male and female alike. You can even get clothing and toys for your dog. Theres a large entrance suitable for wheelchairs and pushchair access. There's themed cafes. Theres lifts and escalators. Beautiful shopping area and very clean.
C. S.
Was nice to be able to walk around the store without being pushed and shoved, enjoyed looking at the different clothes ranges, nice to see larger sizes available, only 3 people on the tills so had to wait a little while to be served, but overall a nice experience

Got my two little girls hair trimmed. Was good service and reasonably priced.
J. B.
Loved it. Wonderful items at reasonable prices. Couldn't look round as much as we wanted because it's massive and my partners disabled. Will bring his ♿ next time. 😁

I perused the shelves at 18:50 on a weekday; there was a tally space to breathe my own air. Hats off and massive applause to the retail assistants who render the shopfloor right again each after the Hoardes of Birmingham ravage the place. Lool!! Checkout was expedient too.
A.
Nice clothes at a great price
T. C.
Nice, Awesome but stock sells fast!
E. N.

It was very big and so busy, couldn't find what I was looking for
a. c.
Despite being incredibly busy, this place had a great selection of goods and was maintained properly despite crowds.
I will also add the the customer service was the absolute BEST out of all of the places I made purchases from.

This is a great primary store! It is huge with loads of levels of clothes, accessories, pet accessories, homeware, makeup etc. They also have a salon, restaurants and a tshirt printing kiosk. Its worth a visit!!!
A.
Great offers and low prices. A bit of a mess around the store and clothes all over the floor!
Z. M.

Good shop with cheap clothes, but when asked staff where items was they had no clue and sent us around the floors
S. B.
Didn't have kids swimwear...weird as its supposed to be the biggest primark in Europe?????
J. O.
Crowded but really big only issue is the lights are too bright and during covid not everyone keeps to the guidelines. But was welcomed by staff and not question being exempt
A. P.
Brilliant shop every thing that you need very clean
C. M.
Really good. Need to update your room it has all of the stuff you need
A. W.
It was excellent the last time I went the food is amazing the items are amazing there’s a lot of items you can choose from and it’s also massive couldn’t ask for anything more 😽
J. M.
Very busy store. But a lot of choice.
J. B.
Very busy and hot had everything I wanted
x. B.
I only went in for one item ended up walking out with 2 massive bags, so much choice and excellent service both from workers and their manager too and how they manage to serve the crowd is fascinating. You would literally get so much for a good price and items not so different from high end store ie Zara
N. W.
Probably one of the best primark stores in the UK. Always over crowded and expect it to be hot.
S. B.
Not so keen products not as good or value for money as used to be. Staff very unfriendly and unhelpful
J.

N. B.
The size of this place is amazing, with so many floors to pick from. Even though the prices are low, the quality is still there.
R. J.
So much larger and cleaner than the old store. Pleasant and friendly staff. Greater choice than before, really loved it
A. A.
Amazing shopping space, cheap prices. However it is quite packed nonetheless would highly recommend going there.
