Right where do I start.? The staff where unbelievably helpful . A sort of oasis of calm and tranquility in a jungle of don't knows and don't really wanna knows ...polite professional and courteous. Would re-visit scotts at merry Hill. ............ If I ever get the time ..🥳🥳👈👈👈

Took a t shirt back today for a bigger size but didn't have any in the shop but the girl looked on line for me and ordered me a new one the assistant was polite and very helpful .great shop.my only issue is that they say the shop opens at 9 am as in the window also on line it says 9AM .it wasn't open even at 9.25 so came back at 9.40 it was open need to get the times right. Thanks.

Not a bad shop & has some nice Aquasqutum items. The shop was I thought a lot better a couple of years ago. There can be some great bargains in the sales.
