Lovely welcoming staff plenty of stores in side got some jewellery and then i went to dollyrockers got my lip pierced the lady who's pierced me put me at ease and talked me through it the room was really clean my lip is healing up nicely 3 weeks later would definitely recomend

I go to small geeky shop inside that sells computer games toys like ghost busters X-Men starwars figures comic books films it's ok not very big but it's got potential it also sells cards like magic the gathering vanguard Pokémon t-shirts with pictures of your favourite marvel characters or other stuff I mentioned

Not as good as it was in the mid 80s and in the 90s. Many gothic as well hippy type of shopping in here. Rick is great in the record store helpful and knowledgeable too. Lots of steps to negotiate and many different levels. Defo for the younger people.

The Coffee Bar within the Oasis market is AMAZING!!! I had a really good experience and the staff were so lovely!! The peanut butter iced latte was something that I had never tried before and im glad I had it, it was to die for.. cannot wait to go back 🤤🤤

Ignite Records is the best record store in the city. A real vinyl cavern that is packed with fairly priced records to suit a wide range of tastes. Rich (the owner) is a real gent, very knowledgeable and accommodating. The store is friendly and welcoming. Important we keep this indie going!

They do baby ear piercing here. The staff that work at the jewellery store are really friendly. They had two staff to pierce my babies ears as they do both at the same time to prevent added stress to the child which is perfect, also they are a lot cheaper then Claire's!

Honestly, they have everything you could possibly want, along with selling vinyls, doing piercings and selling collectables. The store is over many floors, which are manned by several independent sellers, so you always have lots of choice from different styles. Overall, the market is brilliant, and the prices won't break your bank!

Patchouli! Oh the memories! Been coming here for years!! The wonderful aroma of patchouli that hit you when you walked in was heaven! Doesn't seem to be as many stalls within the shop now but still quite a good selection of clothes shops and they have a tattoo parlour.

The Oasis is an amazing Alternative store with a huge selection of items, always worth a visit. They sell great clothes and accessories, Vinyl, Collectables, Games and you can get tattoos and piercings here as well. What's not to like about this place.

Still the best place in Birmingham for alternative lifestyle clothing and accessories, great little vinyl record shop, brilliant tattooists, awesome steam punk inspired clothing and classic retro gaming. I know there are some strong opinions about Oasis, but i actually love it, every piercing I've got has healed wonderfully and has been a smooth process, as oppose to blue banana, almost every piercing from there hasn't healed and/or has gotten infected no matter how well i look after it. Save your money going to BB, go to Oasis.
