Excellent customer service today in the Bullring store! Firstly from Hannah on the phone to discuss the situation regarding a faulty return I had. Secondly from Natasha in store who took a lot of time to sort out the situation for me even though the shoes had been bought a few months previously. Also upbeat and friendly conversation with staff whilst waiting and sorting out transaction. Overall top quality service!

Daughter must have the yellow vans shes very happy with her purchase ..... however the service was slow althou the store was not busy and after speaking to a member of staff regarding size and style i appeared to be ignored so waited by the till where another member of staff was on a call so again was just stood around with one shoe waiting disappointed with service x

This branch of vans is the only branch I have seen in a long time. They sell a large selection of sneakers. Some tshirts and some penny boards. The team in this branch seemed quite pushy in trying to sell instead of allowing us to browse. Being that this is my nearest Vans branch if I need anything vans I would likely go here or alternatively use the vans online services.

Small vans store on the bottom level of the bull ring. Small selection of each variety of clothing, good selection, if lacking variety of styles. Helpful staff, willing to go look in the back for sizes which aren't on the shop floor.
